Nepleslian Laws?

What should the laws of Nepleslia be? Apparently we never came up with a wiki article for them.

So this is a request for @Gunhand4171 to get on started and a request for input from Nepleslian players.

We've already confirmed that public urination is legal in Nepleslia, which is a start, I guess!

Is weapon ownership mandatory? I feel like an engraved handgun should be a valid form if ID.

heh, a handgun with your id info carved into the barrel would be a pretty cool form of ID. Especially if it was holographic projected below the barrel so you could shoot someone who shouldn't actually be asking for your id. That looks like a good start although it's weird that murder would be legal. Also the "do whatever the military says" sounds ripe for abuse when military dudes order civilians to clean their barracks for free or slime-balls ordering civilians to perform sex acts.

Onething I recall in a conversation with Kokuten, and this might be more of a cultural thing was that ranking members of government and the military would have canes. Ornament, material, and appearance would help to denote rank and standing amongst the higher echelons. Just thought I'd put this in here just in case it might be useful.
