The Nepleslian Provisional Senate will consist of a voting body made up of the five planetary governors of the Nepleslian Empire. Any legislation submitted to this Senate for voting will require three votes to become law. This will stay in place until a permanent senate law is created that covers aspects of Senate vote distribution, government structure, and voting procedure.
