KYOTO, YAMATAI - Year-End Festivals have just ended and already Taisho Hanako's Star Army Personnel Command is hard at work giving a gift of sorts. Using the Star Army Personnel Database system, mint-shirted clerks are going though the records of the entire Star Army and checking for promotion of eligibility as of YE 44. Eligible personnel, who include almost everyone in the Star Army, are soldiers ranked Santo Hei through Taisa on active duty with a rank of rate of YE 43.6 or earlier. These personnel should check their orders thread for a promotion or offer of promotion and reply. The Star Army is also seeking some vital information on respawn and reenlistment wishes. "Those who reply will typically get an immediate promotion with an effective date of YE 44.1.1, meaning they will get their first paycheck at the new paygrade," Hanako said at a press conference today. "We started with the soldiers who have not been recently and now we are up to the soldiers who were promoted in YE 43 so if you have not received your promotion offer, you should soon."
