The bio looks fine, except for one minor detail: The Star Army didn't exist in YE 9. Once the history's fixed, consider your character approved (and have him post a request for orders in the orders forum).

Besides the little thing Wes mentioned, the history is far from unsatisfactory. You'll see that several of us (me, Zack, Thomas) encourage development through RP instead of a fabricated history making your character into a hero. Excellent history, and the personality is quite nice too. Great job.
