RP: DION Senate Origin Industries Proposal

Davis motioned to Laj.

"Despite the objections, I have no qualm with at least seeking as many options as possible when the survival of our nation is at stake. Therefore, I motion we at least send a representative to Origin industries to hammer out some kind of agreement."

 

[Tom]

"With debate concluding, I motion for a vote."

Davis brought up the voting display.

"I vote Yes for the current proposal of opening relations with Origin industries. We will send a representative to their factories to inspect the depth of our business relationship."

Regnier rubbed his eyes again, as was his habit.

"Alright, alright. So long as it's just a representative that I'm voting "YES" to. If they try to attach too many strings though, I fully expect our rep to turn it down."

"My vote is also a most hopeful YES. I also have a few suggestions for representatives that we can discuss after this vote has been called. I look forward to our possible mutual endeavors, Mr. Robertson.
