Most autocannons are vehicle mounted, and mounted or not, this one way exceeds other designs in the setting. Tone back the power level, otherwise, if you want something of this power level, try a 40-50mm? It can currently destroy an unshielded TASHA or Aggressor in one shot, and has a great rate of fire. That's too much.

It is the primary weapon on lighter armored vehicles it should be able to put out that much damage.
 
And the 30mm would be iffy against tanks or other heavier tracked armored or hover vehicles, but the Tasha is a infantry support mech and the Aggressor despite its bulk is still a power armor effectively an infantry unit.
 
Consider the TTK; other autocannons would take several seconds of sustained fire. This one kills them in a fraction of a second with just a few rounds. If you intend to have a lighter vehicle with a lighter weapon, that's fine, but as it is? This hits like something way bigger, and can legitimately take on MBTs in the setting, including your own latest and greatest designs. Make the changes or this article will get rejected.

Maybe tone it down to a Tier 4 or 5? :0
