As soon as the weapon appeared in Tony's hands and the weapon charging, all the mirth fled from Aikiko as the Nespelian K-bar slide out of the scabbard with the flat of the blade pressed against her wrist, unsure who to attack or defend, At the same time, kicking off her dress shoes for better purchase with her feet against the floor carpeting if/when the time came to attack. Her eyes darted between Tony and the Ex-Mishhu.

Hisoka took a second to notice the charged pistol pointed at her, and Tony's request to kill her, and the reeducated neko could do nothing but laugh. it started as a small light giggle, a soft hissing sound from between clenched teeth, then it got deeper, Hisoka's shoulders shaking as her laughing split her lips and she filled the cab with her mirthful sounds as her arms wrapped around her waist and her feet kicked at the air while she rolled back some into her seat. "Ah, ha ha." She started to calm down, as she wiped a tear from her face.

"Such simple comedy." She said as she tried to pull some breath into her lungs while her cheeks glowed red. It then suddenly stopped as she straightened right up and got into Tony's face. "If I was still your enemy, this entire cab would have been awash in blood before you even figured out I was a Mishhu."

"Confiscate that weapon," Hanako ordered Aikiko and the other soldiers in the vehicle. Addressing Cadet Stark directly, she growled. "Cadet Stark! Think about what you are doing. You are brandishing a weapon at a Star Army of Yamatai soldier. I could send you home for this, possibly in a bodybag."

"Put your weapons away. Sit down. This is massively disrespectful." Tsuguka suddenly barked, almost in unison with Hanako, displaying a certain cold fury. She snatched the pistol from Antonia's hand as she was talking, and with furious eyes, looked like she wanted to do a lot worse. "You think the Shosho is stupid enough to simply hire any Mishu agent that asks nicely? You think the displaying such barbaric, unwieldy behavior changes absolutely anything? If there was a time to perform a summary execution on Santo Hei Hisoka, it has long since passed."

"Santo Hei Hisoka's views are predictable. It's pointless to be insulted. She needs us to survive now, no matter how much it boosts her ego to insult us." She gave a quick look to the ex-NMX, then back to Antonia. "It is also pointless to waste a resource."

Hearing the Shosho speak, Tony's thumb safed the pistol and let the whole thing roll over so that the grip was out. "No offense meant... Hell Ma'am it was with all due respect." she smiled and leaned back in her seat holding the pistol out to be "confiscated."

"a washed with blood aye? hmmm Sounds just like a Mishu day spa." She grinned, showing none of the concern she had deep inside.

"Oh Red I am the barbarian here. I know it, i will never be a fancy as you."

Aikiko motioned Tsuguka to hand her Tony's weapon to her, while keeping the K-bar concealed by her other arm. Reaching out with the empty hand to Tsuguka as Tsuguka had taken Tony's weapon. "Give the weapon to me, Tsuguka," in a tone of quiet, respectful authority.

She handed it over to Aikiko freely, and continued to give off the same cold glare to both Hisoka and Antonia. Even if the dress uniform had a holster it was doubtful that Tsuguka would have produced her own pistol, but it still looked as if she was willing to resort to blocking the line of fire towards Hanako if the situation got any more out of hand.

"Orders, ma'am?"

"Do you have cuffs on you, Tsuguka?" Hanako asked.

The Shosho did not buy Antonia's line about "respect" at all. By pulling a loaded gun in the middle of a limo, she had put most of the ship's crew in danger. "Antonia Stark, you are hereby placed under arrest in custody of the Star Army of Yamatai on charges of assaulting a government officer. When we arrive at the restaurant I will call the police and you will be escorted to the brig where you will await trial. You have the rights to remain silent, to a speedy trial by jury, and to contact your nation's embassy."

Aikiko gently took the weapon. She re-sheathed her k-bar in its sheath and secured it. She gave a quick study of the weapon and then safed it. Once the weapon powered down? She removed the power pack from it. Hopefully rendering it harmless, knowing her luck it had capacitors that were charged and waiting for discharge. "Is there a safe place for this weapon, Shosho? Or should I hang on to it?" Speaking in her usual respectful fashion.

Hisoka smiled. "Aw, that's not necessary Ketsurui Shosho." Hisoka said. "I was expecting someone to pull a gun on me by now, to be honest." She said with a shrug. "I mean I am a Mishu-Neko. It's to be expected."

With a shrug Tony laid her hands palms up on her lap and looked out the window. Sure she was upset over the whole situation, but she wasn't going to let then see it. It was a nice city, a bit clean but nice. Looking back at the Shosho, she gave a neutral smile and glanced at Aikiko, the pistol was huge in her hands. With a sigh she finally spoke up.

"You need to hit the cylinder release and drop out the hard rounds. then it is completely disarmed." She smiled with the attempt to look like she was trying to help, which she truly was.

When the squid-neko spoke Tony looked over and gave her a wink before looking back out the window, wondering if there would be food in the jail.

Aikiko nodded, looked the unfamiliar weapon over and hit the cylinder release, and emptied the rounds onto her lap. "Nice weapon, Miss Stark." Speaking softly with respect. As if she was a cop treating a witness, or suspect not actually arrested and in cuffs.

With pockets of Mish still out there in the vast expanse of space, this would be a serious coup for them to rally and use as propaganda. "I don't think you should go this extreme on the Cadet Stark, Shosho. She is a combat veteran and responding as such to a threat. We all don't know each other that well yet." Looking thoughtful at the both Stark and Hisoka. "I am surprised I wasn't the one to attack first, considering the situation of finding a ..." voice turns cold, "...Mish in our presence."

Aikiko fell quiet as she began to look over the weapon that Tony had drawn. It was an interesting weapon to say the least.

"I'm sorry ma'am, I do not." She looked disapprovingly at all three of the other occupants, not wanting to turn her back for a second. "I came equipped for a fine dinner, not a gun battle."

Hisoka's continued lackadaisical manner only seemed to annoy her further. There was a difference between expecting people to attack you and baiting them along.

Hanako looked at the crew, somewhat confused by Hisoka request for leniency. This Nepleslian woman had just threatened one of their own with death. "What do you all think we should do with her? Should we jail her? Deport her? Give her another chance?" she polled the crew, genuinely curious. The crime was serious but so was destroying Stark's career. "Stark, explain yourself."

Limo

Hisoka continued to smile. "I say leniency." She said. "Noone was hurt, she learned her lesson and I was actually expecting another Nekovalkyrja to try and kill me first so I think she deserves another go at it." Hisoka chuckled lightly. "That last bit was a joke, by the way."

Limo/witness box

With a shrug Tony looked at the Shosho, "I thought everything I said could be used against me.. Oh well, She was a Mishu... Ya what, Princess of the Empire? I could go with the defense I was defending the empire, risking it all. Oh the political spine there. A Nepliesian defending a Yami Princess? Wooboy the chance to bring the peoples of two cultures together.

Or I could go with the fact that I'm emotionally comprised at the moment, You see this hat." She slowly reached up and pulled the green Nepleslian Marine corps hat off her head and looked down at it. For a brief moment a true look of loss crossed her face before it went back to her neutral look. "They killed the one who gave me this, I had known him since I was a kid. Hell once he got back from his tour he was going to marry me..." She shrugged again before slowly putting the hat back on and returning her hands to her lap palms up.

"Or, again like Red said, I'm just a barbarian, and have proven that I should just be left on a death world some where to survive if I can." She shrugged and looked at the Shosho in the eyes, not challenging, but so she could see she wasn't lyeing, "But I meant it, I respect the fact of you past, and the fact you have stones, so when I said with all due respect, I will go to my grave defending that It was."

Aikiko remained silent as she had spoken before Shosho in defense of Tony. She continued to study the weapon from Tony. Then she looked at Red, staring at her to help out a fellow crew member. If the Mish was for leniency and herself, to include Tony, were obviously combat veterans and all that left was Tsuguka to make it a united front. "In war or a hostile situation, I'd rather have a barbarian at my side." Looks at Hanako. "Besides I am sure your master, Yui has shown leniency towards some grave errors you have made as he came to trust you and instructed you so you can learn. All Cadet Stark needs is some re-enforcement training like ..." Shrugs "... to evaluate the situation before acting."

"Please don't put words into my mouth, Cadet Stark. I dislike a lack of formality, but I have also just stated that it is pointless to waste a resource." Tsuguka shrugged heavily, and continued her implacable glare. "Shosho Hanako hired you, and I was not in a position to second guess you, just as neither of us are in a position to judge Santo Hei Hisoka... Do you understand? I'm not trying to score points, that is literally Shosho Hanako's job. Our jobs are to follow her orders."

"Now that our leader has asked for my opinion, I can only state that I am not sure how much I can trust a person who would pull a gun on a fellow soldier that easily. How much would it take for you to pull one on me? Or our Shosho?... If you don't want to follow orders you don't like, if you want to play the victim, well..."

Her grip tightened around her sleeves, and she closed her eyes. There wasn't anything in a rule book which could prepare her for this kind of judgement.

"Tell me that you are willing to put the state of Yamatai before your own personal interests, Cadet Stark... Then ask me if it is time for lenience."

The Limo court room.

Tony fought the urge to laugh when she heard both Aiky, and the Mish talk about wanting leniency for her. Though once Red started talking the humore left her again. "I was ordered to leave my people and my Navy to travel to this place, the home of one of my peoples ex-enemies, to be some sort of diplomat or something, I never understood that part. I'm now surrounding by beings that could snap me in two, fly, and are grown in tubes. The very next thing I know a "former" enemy to us all is sitting across from me..."

"I'm will continue to follow the orders of 'my' superiors, who thought working with the Shu-Shu was a good plan. There for to be blunt I don't care your views of me Red, nor have I or will swear loyalty to Yamatai, But if the Shu-Shu said to blow the Mish's head off I would have, same with if she would have just ordered me to replace my firearm. You did notice I gave it away with out a fight, then proceed to give directions on how to disarm it completely? Or was your Superior ways blinding you to all of that. Hell at this point I like the Mish a whole lot better then you."

She looked back over at Hanako and attempted to bow, it was crappy and awkward, neither used to bowing nor trained how to do it sitting in a car with her hands in her lap. "I hope that out burst, directed at the Hi, would not be held against me, but I stand by what I said. If half of what you have said about your life is true, then I can follow your orders on just that, and you have just repeated some of the rumors I had heard in the few briefs I had before I was shipped here."

Aikiko put the projectiles in her pouch at her right side, keeping one out. She listened to Tony and Tsuguka as she loaded the projectile as she studied the weapon. Keeping the power cell in her lap as she explored the weapon's functions through trail and error, keeping the barrel of the weapon pointed at the floor. Waiting to hear Hanako's verdict on Tony.
