Notes: This is basically just the pack power armor but the shield bit has been split out so that it can be used in other submissions.

Yeah, like all shields in the setting it collectively only has one shield value.

What if you replaced the word barrier with 'value' like you said earlier and add one more sent. about not working at the same time?
