Senate: Passed Proposal 99: Senate Voting Fairness Act

Motion to close and immediately implement the three day minimum.

Further suggest that the senate voting procedure be taken a closer look at in the future to prevent a flooding of the senate floor.
 
Apparently my objections to point two are being drowned out by the fact that it's keeping an otherwise important proposal from being passed.

Vote YES.
