Race of the Day CCG

Actually, I was thinking of nekos getting their tails back, but I'm not sure what a good reason would be for that.

Anyway, I'm still interests in some sort of CCG along the lines of the original concept.

Balance and vector change improvements.

Edit: I thought a little further, the gravity manipulation ability should be able to handle those.
