First, Your Majesty, I'd like to say that I'm still loyal to Yamatai.
The Celia is currently occupied with the removal of some radiation hazards from Ohara. The situation is complicated, both technically and diplomatically, and it's taking longer than I estimated.
The 2nd and 3rd battlegroups have arrived at Ohara. They will examine the nuclear armaments that the Phods have stockpiled, and assist with the creation of fleet DF-02.
I am worried about the political stability of the planet, however. Lage has signaled that it will stand by our treaty, but in both Haton and Everspring, there are talks of withdrawing from the Empire and allying with Nepleslia. I can only hope that we do not trigger a civil war among these people.
