The first of the new Rikugun Bases. There are a number of subarticles that are mentioned on it that are also not officially approve besides the 1st Expeditionary Area Army. The unit itself is approved as part of the Rikugun, but its own article has some articles that need to be approved once @Locked_0ut is done. So I will submit that when it is done.
