Personality: A very fair and noble Ixari, with different beleifs than the regular Ixari but still very understanding and compassionate. Will speak out against anything he dislikes, and is very bold.

History: The history of Rouvias is a long one, but to cut a long story very short he is the saviour of the Ixari Empire. Rouvias is seen as a highly respected figure, even though many thousands upon thousands of generations have passed since his death and since his deeds were done. However he is not seen as any kind of godly figure, merely replaced the word God in such phrases as 'Thank God for that'.
Rouvias in short ended the brutal communistic regime that had went on for millions of years since the Great Expansion. He lead a massive uprising from his homeworld which swept like wildfire across the empire, and civil war raged for many hundereds of years before the rebels gained the upper hand and Rouvias himself was forced to kill the God Emperor himself to free his people, and died couragiously in the process.
However even in death he carried on, as his memorys and personality were saved in the first ever banks of the Grand Archive. He helped to establish the High Council and the democratic system, and the socialist system of operation before he was 'laid to rest' within the torrents of data.
However he re-awoke himself miraculously in recent centurys, and has played an active role. With the request from the YSE for a loan of a cyborg espionage unit, Rouivas generously put himself foreward for the role, and gladly would like to walk in the realms of the living once again.
