If you go to your user page on the wiki, and go into edit mode, you'll see there's a text box there where you can put what type of RP threads, scenarios, or partners you're seeking. Anything you put there will appear on the characters wanted page so that other players can look for a match! The current problem is that very few people are actually listing what they want to RP, so it's not that useful yet. Therefore, I'm asking you to please take a moment to go right now to your user page and update that field with a sentence or two about what you're looking for.
