SOFT team inbound to assess the situation because an active operative's name was broadcast over multiple messages alongside the fact that he's a SAINT operative. That's what happens when they say "SAINT Operative Candon Suites" rather than just "Candon Suites" when someone calls in talking about a murderous madman. Sorry.
