A new flashlight for the Star Army that leaves the soldiers hands free and because it is not on them when operating it does not pin point the users position to enemy gunmen.

To be honest, I'd almost say just to copy paste the template used to set out what an NSB can do, and plug in the information. It would be easy, simple, and more than descriptive enough.
 
I'm tired of this pointless discussion, and I feel that this submission meets all the necessary standards.
