Shii Youko is a young, undefined Nekovalkyrja with a small opinion of Neko Supremacy bound to be piloting the YSS Hokorimasu this time come Misshu.

Have fun ripping up the history... Not really sure what else I could add without putting in BS fluff about the Instructor.
 
Got a quick fix done with him on IRC, everything else looks good.

Approved.
