Approved Character Siagyo Tsuki [Revival]

The two years thing presents some problems. First, it hasn't been close to two years since the Kiroshi. Second, I'm not sure if an NH-17 could survive that long in space (possible, perhaps, but I'm not sure). Star Army training is usually around a year. Why not have her picked up by a ship that detected the explosion, then spent the time up to now training?

The skill area descriptions are really lacking in content, too. :/
