Approved Submission [Species] Pookas

There is a reference to the Verminion species, which I think is vestigial.
 
3-day approval timer.
 
While I have tentatively approved of the Agarthan content, I'm going to post here that I'm speaking with Ethereal about getting everything presented so I can handle all of my issues and dish out approvals all in one go.

Not overruling the timer for now, but I do want to make it clear; I would like artwork specifically for the Pookas in the future. I am a firm believer and supporter of the idea that a species must have art, but I won't use it to completely stem the ability to approve it. If I find anything problematic, I will post again as a more official FM capacity and specifically address the concerns I have.
