"And I suppose i'm at the vanguard, then?" Harrison fondled the leather-wrapped handle of his mace in excitement. Frontline combat was his specialty, and serving the empire at the cost of their tax money was only an added bonus to smashing some heads.
 
Nevaraon nodded then said to Ran " Well, where do I sign up as a mercenary?" Nevaraon grinned inwardly, the rules of his city never said he couldn't get paid to slay the demons.
