Phew! Saying I'm nervous is a bit of an understatement, this is my first time submitting to the NTSE. This is a major article overhaul that was first proposed in this thread.

I kept the original paragraph as a bit of an overview for people who want the short read, and contributed some new material along the way.

• Reactor Discharge Protocol

I want to make sure this submission is as good as it can be so please, give constructive feedback and help me fix any apparent errors. The Reactor Discharge is a bit of a new concept that can be removed if the FM deems it to be out of place or unneeded.
