Hmm. It's not supposed to do that. ^_^;; Even Windows is not that broken. Chances are that you've still got Trojans, worms and/or viruses in the system. If the freeware antivirus and adware-sweepers aren't working, consider investing in a commerical antivirus product, or switching to another browser. I still swear by AVG Antivirus Free Edition though.
In the mean time, stop accessing your bank account from that computer, and anything else that requires a password that you don't want to get into the wrong hands. Criminals might have installed keyloggers that will send anything that you type straight to them. (It's like we're living in some cyberpunk novel.) -_-
Even I can't guarantee that I don't have any viruses on my computer, but they are suppressed by the antivirus program to the extent that they don't interfere with normal operations anymore, and I haven't lost any passwords to my knowledge. We deserve at least that much.
