Approved Submission "Suzukaze" Mini-Missile Launchers Type 43

Most of this looks good. I think the damage tables need a note somewhere pointing out that they count as one tier higher if using aether, since the parent weapon will also need to be considered one tier higher.

I think they should have some sort of set nomenclature. Everything being 'Type 43' just sounds like a headache for some poor guy in logistics. Is it possible to give these some appropriate unique identifier?

These will need to be linked to from somewhere else lest they remain orphans.
