@Syaoran Out of all the reasons why I shouldn't have it there, yours makes the most sense and the sad thing is that it came kind of at the end where it was almost too little too late. I thank you for that, though, and it's the only reason why I am not giving up on my character to play and why I went ahead and deleted the Leadership part. My doing so under duress isn't from your post, just from the situation as a whole. I've saved it as it was so I can add it in later, maybe. But for now, the whole blurb is gone from the wiki page.
 
Ok had a talk with Wes to clarify it since it wasn't really clear in the skill-list; the leadership skill restriction is mainly for military based characters and is considered a guideline. I'll go ahead and make a minor edit to the skill list so that this problem doesn't crop up again :)

Thus you can go ahead and readd it to your character.
