YSS Celia Resource Handbook
Description:
As the de-facto flagship of the Third Expeditionary Fleet, the YSS Celia is usually assigned missions involving exploration, diplomacy, and recon. The Ayame-class cruiser is permanently assigned four Yui-class stealth destroyers and four Ketsueki-class frigates as escorts.
OOCly, the Celia is primarily meant as a sanctuary for players who are too busy with real life commitments to possibly participate in the other plot-ships, but nevertheless still wants to participate in this awesome community.
