Wouldn't it be Ailia? She's the moderator. And it was her idea. However you control the leader, so you could be it.
 
So it would be natural to persume she was the GM. We have three players, a GM, a ship (roughly), and a setting (in that scrapyard isnt' it?), so we really have all we need.

I'm ready when you are.
 
She's the story GM for that plot. I'm making an exception to the usual rules regarding story GMs and board rank.
