Here's a place we can safely place inactive Star Army of Yamatai characters or characters who want to play as sort-of-civilians until a war comes around. Also works for "guest star" characters who are just there for one mission to do their reserve requirement.

Really love the idea. I honestly thought that Star Army veterans could always be called back into service during a war already, but it's nice to see a canonical option wherein they don't need to re-enlist and can assuredly maintain their rank/occupation in reserve.
