Yes. Pretty much they're redone Origin frame accessories. But there would be a long rifle, a smg/assault rifle a pistol, a sword, a spear, and a shield right now
By the way @cyborgakadjmoose the shuttle does have weapons so it can be used, but everyone is deploying for combat right now. They wont need to use the shuttle to carry the beacon.

I'm confused by what you mean for number 2 Smoke, but as for 1, it's within the room, but because of the way the section is arched Ana can't see it from the entrance to the section, she'd have to move over.
Works for me on that one. Number 2 is about 4.5 response. Ana has a thought, but not sure if it'll be right yet or not due to the fact that we're not done with 4.5
I've been at work every day this week, and sadly that has left me with very little time. The good news is I go on vacation next week.
