This is simply a roleplay I thought up in a couple of hours, that's all.
If you ever manage to get in to the Pentagon and gain a high enough access to their files then you’ll find out about an organization called the ‘International Counter Terrorism Protection Agency’, ICTPA for short and often simply nicknamed ‘the Agency’ by those within. The only two people that are capable of issuing orders to the ICTPA that must be followed by agents are those given either by the Head-of-Agency or given directly by the President of the United States himself.
Our mission is written in our name. We go across the world in the name of the United States, often in secret and without direct support save for that of our own agency and any local contacts which we may have for an operation.
The agents in the field commonly place themselves in situations where nobody can die like a hero. That agent will die alone. He or she will never by known by the public and they will never experience the public praise and honor that they deserve. However, that agent will not have died easily. It is guaranteed that before that agent finally dies that he will manage to take at least ten of his assailants and the only reason that agent would be unable to fulfill that quota would be if there weren’t enough people to kill! The job was a dangerous one, even shortly after being founded in secret on the 15th of August,1962 under President John F. Kennedy (God bless his soul).
Our first operation had been infiltration of a Russian facility somewhere in [*Classified*] that was producing [*Classified*] at a frightening rate. We found out it was under command of Colonel [*Classified*] of the [*Classified*]. We managed to get a hold of one of his secretaries while she was on vacation in Paris just as she stepped off the last stretch of her train ride in to the country.
Apparently she was a personal lover for the Colonel, one of many, and she was apparently the one that the womanizing scumbag liked and ‘respected’ the most which mainly meant she heard the most revealing pillow-talk. Once Operative Switchblade managed to break her remarkably tough wall of resistance we managed to get a hold of not only the facility’s blue-prints but we also found out all sorts of things like the number of guards usually on perimeter and the number of the Colonel’s personal guards that were with him at all times.
After that we turned the poor girl in to the spooks at the Pentagon and they did...whatever they did with our left-over ‘stuff’. Could have pumped her for any other info, probably got none, and probably executed her. Of course, that’s the most pessimistic prediction I can give. Probably turned her over to Interpol for possible involvement in war crimes, more likely. Anyways, after we turned her in to spook-city we moved in on the base and successfully infiltrated the perimeter and found some pretty interesting files in the aforementioned secretary’s personal room that the Colonel must have been keeping there for safe storage.
She hadn’t told us about them but we didn’t feel too bad, we didn’t ask about them. When we examined them we wished we had asked. We found out something major. Before I divulge that I should tell you how this operation ended. The Colonel’s personal guards managed to hold up our team in a firefight and before we could flank them the Colonel got away in a helicopter. Years later, after trying to track him, his country’s government collapsed and he went dark.
Anyways, the more important thing now: the what was in the files. It turned out that Colonel [*Classified*] was part of a plot amongst various military and political officials in a planned coup to overthrow their government. It wasn’t the one that took place however, what happened to his government was an undeniable truth that was destined to happen.
Their plan was to develop a deadly virus that was called SCEP-1 (nicknamed Yellow Warrior for the color of it’s vaporous form), which stood for Specific-Cell Elimination Program 1. Unoriginal name but a deadly virus. It was a virus that could be programmed so specifically at the point to which it could attack a specific ethnic group. Then you could walk right through and be relatively fine...assuming you weren’t that ethnicity.
However, even ‘unprogrammed’ it was still incredibly deadly according to tests that had apparently gone on showed that it could infect within half an hour of direct exposure by inhalation...and even faster if the poor soul took it in through water. The pictures in the folders were disgusting. The more disturbing thing was that, at the time we had procured those files, there was mention within that they were already working on a second variant that could transfer through air, skin, or direct intake and it might be able to kill even faster than the original...which could have you officially dead in two days...and wishing you were dead in half that time.
So the search began anew for that Colonel...and all these years later we still couldn’t find a tale to grab on to...until ‘the French Communist Army’ (FCA) came along. It was there that we found our first lead.

This is basically a spy-style roleplay, obviously managed by me. You are allowed to be either an ICTPA Agent or an FCA member. The plot will be fully revealed as we go along.
Use the following character with modifications as you see fit (for example, criminal records for FCA members and military records for FCA and ICTPA members if you wish).
Name:
Age/Year of Birth:
Birthplace:
Gender:
Personality:
Appearance:
Organization:
Optional Short Biography:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Name: Colonel Terenti Evgeniy, (Ret.).
Age/Year of Birth: 53 /1938.
Birthplace: Novosibirsk, Russia (Новосибирск, Россия).
Gender: Male.
Personality: Colonel Evgeniy is a man who holds the old Soviet principles of following all orders very high amongst those who have joined the FCA. He is also a man who respects veterans of any kind as he himself happens to be one. He is, however, a very confident man who never seems willing to look defeat in the face and admit to it. He thinks he is unbeatable but not to the point at which he is careless in security, cautiousness, and tactics. It is because of this that he believes he is unbeatable. This has also lead to him being like a ghost with the only available photos of him being blurry and not showing his face. He can also abandon his ‘can’t be beaten’ attitude in favor of becoming his former, bloodthirsty and ruthless self from the days when he was still part of the Red Army and he is thus not to be taken lightly.
Appearance: http://tristikov.deviantart.com/art/The-Russian-officer-14742243 - Not yet out of training to become an officer.
Organization: The French Communist Army.
