Because an immedate unban got the most votes, that's what happened.
 
I don't see how that math makes sense. All the perm ban votes could just as easily be put into until 2006, 8+5= 13

Assuming we're going by the way the heads of state of the USA and the UK got into power, Chris is back. If we go the way that makes sense, he isn't... but everyone likes flawed logic. I, for one, welcome Chris back. As noted above.
