The Urufu is listed in the DRv3 Article as a canonical example of a size 12. So I just did it. And updated the starship classes page because it ain't no cap.
Also all the weapons except two already had v3 updates, they just weren't put on the page.
Positron Cannons SDR4 = Tier 12
Shock Cannon was tiers 13-15 staff fix, i made it 13 since it fit limits
