Vekimen Reproduction - Ruling

People who didn't want to rp this aspect of the vekimen didn't. The people who wanted to use it as a plot aspect did. As far as I can see, nothing practical changed, except some minor paperwork is now getting filed.

It would be nice if we could all stop implying the respective other half(s) of the website are lemmings.
 
This is assuming Wes allows us, though I don't see why he wouldn't. As you said Gallant, this honestly doesn't involve the others - like with the Mishhuvurthyar, they only need to not RP with them.

EDIT: I just want to be entirely sure we'll be able to resubmit and get it through properly, since I don't want the bulk of the RP for Asteria altered. This is all very alarming for me.
