Given recent updates to the SAoY, her physical appearance is going to need to mature. Other then that, I can't see any other issues. @Wes?

From what I am reading this character works to be added for the Koun plot. Regarding the looks of the character, if this is a concern, indicate age so it is clear to anyone reading it. The fact we instant age neko isn't always clear they are full grown adults when they leave the vat.

@Wes @demibear You guys probably saw on Discord already, but I'm working on her new appearance rn. I've removed her old one and updated her appearance section to match the new SAoY uniform/Neko policy.
