[Yamatai] Kuma T8 Multi-role Shuttle

Awhile back Wes had suggested that I should work on a new shuttle. Here is the end result of that effort.

Kuma T8 Multi-role Shuttle

The Kuma is a detailed craft with numerous options. Submitted for review, comments, etc.

Notes:

Aether beam is overpowered (should be SDR 1, max)
Missile pod looks great.
Countermeasures look great.
WARMS in a basic sensors package?? On a shuttle?? Not sure this is allowable for game balance reasons.
Scalar field on the science sensors -- dangerous? In the SARP scalar usually is for weapons.
Ke-T8-1c - Civilian: Aether weaponry is illegal to civilians
Large size survival kit instead of the standard? - Nevermind, one in overhead bins
Top-down diagram of interior?

Ke-T8-W310x Weapons: Section left blank (are the items below supposed ot be lower level headers?)
Hyperspace speed is low - looks like a CDD speed
Comfort module ok (maybe lower the level of headers for less edit buttons clogging article up)

Main article okay except for formatting

This usage is basically just a more powerful version of the sensors in the Type 31 Science Scanner, and the UNSAFE device. Added a note saying caution should be used when flying over populated areas.

Suspected it might be, so removed it from the 1c variant.

Actually in the pilot section there is a Type 31A, the 31B in the storage is a suggestion anyway.

Yes, and they have been lowered one level. Planned on doing that, but forget.

Actually it is low by intention. It is a shuttle after all, and the speed and charging times are based on using the proposed changes to FTL travel.
