Notes:
This is an updated version of the current wiki article for Star Army science. I made the following changes:
Expanded on the introduction to include possible positions aboard a ship and on away teams.
Added a much-needed skills section to better help navigate character creation and play as a scientist in the Star Army.
Included information on generalists vs specialists in the Star Army.

Thank you to all that look over this!

Looks good to me! I'll leave it open for a couple days for comments and then give it final approval. Suggestions welcome!

Edited to add this line:

and may use the [[stararmy:equipment:type_31_science_scanner]] located on ships.

@Wes can the WIP page be moved to be the canon page on the wiki, now? I took the WIP banner down but didn't make any other edits ^-^

Sure, go ahead!

I made some major revisions to this article, @Wes.

I added two sections and clearly defined the subjects sections by downgrading the primary header and subsequent headers.

I added a section about training, including times and where students of the sciences are trained.

I added that lab coats are worn and why, but would like to make this its own Type 41 lab coat in the future. Type 42 if it's further in the futre than I expect. Currently it doesn't say they're issued, just worn.

I also made it clear that the scanner is issued to a scientist, along with the kit which already stated could be customized by the individual officer.

The intro section received a lot of changes to more better present what scientists do in the plot and on ships.

I added that the Neko OS is not taught within the AI section.
