Yamatai - Suribashi-Class Space Elevator

If possible I would like to see autonomous, non-networked emergency thrusters added that would allow the cable to fall in the most harmless direction if severed by enemy forces.
 
I'll work on something but thrusters won't work. I'll update later with the contingency. I was already thinking on this.
 
Fixed that error,

Also added a feature to deal with the situation of damage to the elevator's cable.

It does require a new submission listed here, a new type of explosive that the force of the blast can be controlled precisely.
