Notes: This is the first step in making the Nepleslian colonies a viable 'homeplanet' for new characters. Once this article is approved, I would comission art, add backlinks, modify the Nep CCG to reflect this, and develop/standardize all the nep colony planet articles.

I'm worry, but it reaches too far back in Star Army history to be plausible. If it was started more recently (say, YE 35 or 34) then maybe we can work something out. Also the cultures of each planet are not detailed enough to make this concept work. Until those two things change, this has to be rejected, sorry.
