Computer Core

"Roger Soyo, Riko out." Bors said readying his weapon as he made his way back to the door switching his coms back to squad level, "Any Spare combat engineers that are on this freq, thers a job for you down in the computer core, Area is clear for the moment, Moving to help support combat operations on the top side."


Going into the elevator Bors pushed the button to bring him back to the surface, going this long in a combat zone without shooting something was making the nepleslian a bit uncomfortable.
 
Medical bay

Nenene took a deeb breath, clutching at the new tail and closed her eyes as she listened to the medic's explanation. She nodded, "Okay" thid could all be fixed later, once the ship was out of danger.

"Yes, I'll keep an eye on her" she replied and sat back down on her bed, watching the wounded soldier.
 
Moon Town 2:

Elina nodded as she listened to Chiasa, leading the way back to the place where big rescued vehicle sat. Seeing that the rest had made it along with more gear. Moon Towners that wanted to leave showed up. Majority were from the starliner that the NMX used to get here along with Elina.

Garage:

Elina moved through the line, keeping her stuff with her till it was seperated from her. She kept an eye on it as she was processed and getting her spacesuit. Being of a new anddifferent design. She accepted the help. Once in her spacesuit, she moved and retrieved her wheeled carry-on and pack.

~~Listening Post Hanger~~

the heavy weapon started firing at Ume as she started for the "fort." Her barrier shield held up for most of the way, but the weapon was designed to take out tanks or small starship shuttles, so even though it held for most of the way it finally was punctured, with a loud "POP" the protection dropped. As the shield dropped a few round had hit her Mindy causing two massive wounds, as she sliced the heavy weapon from it's mount the blood loss from the hit finally hit her and she collapsed on top of the cargo containers.

The firing stopped, but now Kioko and Meiko could hear the thump of Ume slamming into the cargo container and the enemy calling to each other about capturing her.


~~Listening Post Computer Core~~

Santo-Hei Brice Shrugged as Riko called for a Combat engineer, with him not five feet away. With a sigh he went to work as Bors left in the elevator.


~~Moon Town Hanger~~

As Chieko kept the line moving, two thousand one hundred forty-four other refugees started trying to push into the hanger bay. The word had gotten out that there was rescue and a chance to get off this rock. There was a push of bodies and screaming to be let through first. even a few people trying to bribe Chieko to let them get through early.

Mean while the first of the shuttles sealed their hatch and started up for the Sydney-class Infantry Carrier. More started lining up at the airlock and started loading the people that had been green light by Chieko and her assistants.


~~Soyokaze Medical Bay~~

Nenene had sat there watching the unconscious form of Miasto, it wasn't too long before the combat neko groaned and her golden eyes popped open. In a mild panic she tried to push herself up to a sitting position but she got only half way before her lack of an arm caused her to fall back over, half way off the bed.
 
Listening Post Hanger

Kioko heard the sound of something falling, she swore loudly as she ran out and towards the crumpled gun shooting at anything that moved behind the barrier and climbed onto the cargo container and protected the body of her ally, shooting anything that moved her vision clouded with the need to protect "hey, die already!!" she bared her fangs while firing more.

Kioko yelled to the other person who came with them "hey I need help either take the body sssomewhere sssafe or help me kill this idiotsss" her hissing got worst with anger from the enemy as a few of her shots connected to the people from behind the makeshift barrier but they had already started firing back a lot connecting with her armour as a few broke through the armour she winced in pain but continues firing.
 
Listening Post Hanger

Ume landed after cutting the heavy gun in two and for a moment she was proud of herself. She soon found herself sinking as her legs gave out and she hit the ground with a loud thud. The purple neko had been too caught up in all that was going on and giving orders and forgot to desaturate her shields, which allowed the heavy gun to quickly blow through them. Her body was growing cold and her vision growing black as the young soldier tried to grasp what exactly was happening to her.

It took a lot of her effort but the purple neko managed to roll herself over onto her side, coughing up some blood into her helmet and moving her arm over herself before realizing the two holes inside her. "I was..shot?" She said weakly, not even able to hear it clearly over the comms. She was still disoriented and weak, but she was still alive even if only barely.
 
Listening Post Hanger

Meiko heard the fall, and heard the explosion, and came running in noticing Ume was injured she narrowed her eyes shooting at some of the enemy. She gets on her communicator and calls the rest of the squads. "This is santo-Hei Meiko, we have one down and we're pinned down by fire with only two of us capable of combatting the enemy, requesting immediate back up, I repeat immediate back up!" Then quickly grabbed Ume, and began dragging her back out of the room. "Cover us girl! Back out with us and watch for troops!" She looks down at Ume "Ume...I got ya, don't worry....You're going to be okay." She keeps her wits about her and tries to stay as low to the ground as possible through the dragging process, in case someone decided to shoot at her.
 
Medical Bay

"Hey, hey itsalright, You're safe" Nenene said as she grabbed misato, helping the wounded soldier back onto her bed.

"You got roughed up bad, but you areback on the Soyokaze safe in the medical bay" she said, reassuringly.
 
Moon Town - Garage

Noting the movement of people and the panic setting in, Chieko reminded her team to make sure their NSPs were set to stun. She then had one of the locals helping her to patch her into the PA system. Once that was complete she called out to everyone.

"Alright!" began the slightly annoyed scientist, while holding a difficult smile, "This is to remain orderly. Any more pushing and we'll be finding freezers to lock you into for the NMX to find later. As for bribes: next person to try it gets shot. Sound good?"

The academic then cut to mute while she sighed. She knew the Soyokaze had at least half a dozen shuttles, and the drop ship. They ought to have been able to get these people out faster, in her mind; however she was also unaware of what all else they were being used for at the time.

Soyokaze - Cargo Area

After the loss of her office and the general state of emergency, Hotaru began working on the co-ordination of damage control. With a few things lost out of their cargo, the Mini knew she would need to have them accounted for later; however with breaches fixed as best as possible, fires and stress points were the next things to be worried about.

As she was making her rounds, ensuring the team from Engineering was being properly co-operated with, the clerk noticed a slight glow from around a maintenance hatch. Taking a closer look, Hotaru noticed the heat before the actual fire when she peeked through the crack. Recalling again where everyone was, she knew getting help would allow it to get out of control. With that in mind, the Mini found the next emergency station along the wall, and removed the fire extinguisher to drag it back to the fire.

When the officer cadet returned, the fire had gotten a little bigger and caused her to worry what minutes would end up costing. She carefully opened the door wider then floated back over to the extinguisher and fought with the pin until it finally came out. Next she directed the hose with both her tiny hands and sat on the handle, wrapping her legs under it and the trigger. Finally Hotaru used her gravity manipulation before squeezing the trigger in her legs, hoping it was enough to not throw her around.
 
Bridge

"Status of the away team?" Shouted Takeyu as he gripped the edge of a handrail.

"On it sir!" shouted one of the bridge bunnies as they sent out a request for a status update.

Meanwhile, the area outside of the Soyokaze and the general space seemed to have lightened up a bit. "Helm," started Takeyu, "bring us in closer to the listening post; angle the ship so that our shuttles will have a clean shot into and out of the hanger bay." He then turned his attention to another bridge officer. "I want damage control teams working constantly to repair the damage to the ship, priorize our defenses for now but if any sections of the ship are still open to vaccuum those are priority."

"Yes sir!" responded the officer as he went about relaying the order.

If his XO was up here he'd probably go out there to join the fight, but he had a job to do. "Re-orient our remaining weapons to track the outbound NMX vessels, keep an eye on them; any turrets we have that can't track the enemy are to continue searching the surface for any NMX soldiers.
 
Moon Town 2 - Garage -> Shuttle Ride to Sydney-class Infantry Carrier ::

Elina settled in the shuttle for the ride off the moon. Sitting with her stuff in front of her. Eyes wide with excitement and a sence of freedom again to be aboard a shuttle leaving the deprived Moon Towns that were slowly falling apart due to lack of resupply of new parts and materials to keep the place fully functioning at top performance.

She sat where she could look out the viewports into space to see the armada of warships of the Yamatai Star Army Fleet. She watched the moon surface receed from view to be replaced by the Sydney-class Infantry Carrier that loomed ever closer till it filled the view port completely.

Elina settled back in her seat, listening to the others that was aboard conversations of what they was going to do once they reached a civilized port. She sighed softly as the others talked about family and friends, For she had no one. Her 'Family' had gotten their diplomas and scattered to the far reaches of space.

Her thoughts drifted to more pratical matters like still having a manager to run things behind the scene. Would her SAINT Handler be waiting for her? Or was she set a drift like so many was during the war. At least she had her whole life ahead of her. She even wondered about how the war was going. Whether it was in full swing or not. Who was winning?

She looked towards the sealed off bridge area of the shuttle. She wanted to ask but being stuck in a packed in cargo area of the shuttle.
 
Listening Post Hanger

Kioko backed out the way they came with the two others, she had a slight limp where a shot had entered the armour on her leg but she didn't let it stop her attack the cowards behind the cover while she protect her allies. Kioko was calming down as she realised that they really need to take Ume to somewhere safe as she used controlled burst fire to keep the cowards at bay, she didn't take her eyes off the barricades just incase they tried to counter attack.
 
Listening Post Elevator

Bors Riko was once again annoyed by the rather catchy and mellow elevator music as he made his way back to the surface to link back up with the other team and hopefully get some fighting in. As the doors opened it looked like he had his wish, the sounds of gunfire and heavy weapons.

"Now back to business." Bors said to himself before racking his rifle and cautiously making his way towards the sound of chaos.
 
Listening Post Hanger

Ume only just barely conscious was dragged out by Meiko. She didn't have the strength to stand on her own, and could only grip her sword. "We have to clear this position..." Her voice was still weak and barely audible over the gun fire. It was obvious she was struggling just to hold onto her consciousness, but she still wanted to fight.
 
Listening Post Hanger

kioko hissed "I'll deal with it, you two get to sssafety" she was worried for her allies as she turned to face the barricade and dug deep trying to ignore the pain that was slowly spreading through her body as she started to run toward the barricade hoping to make the enemies confused by her tactics.
 
Garage

Chiasa turned around in the direction of Chieko's voice. She walked over to the scientist and spoke in a tone only Chieko could here. "Nitô Hei, exactly how is threatening to leave people in freezers or shooting them for trying to bribe them going to help in this situation. These people have been under the NMX thumb, threats and intimidation by a Star Army soldier is not what they need. And should anyone follow through on that order, they and you will be up on charges when we return to the ship."

She turned back to the crowd, she turned her auditory system to full gain. "PLEASE REMAIN CALM.... Every person in Moon Town who wishes to be evacuated will be. The only citizens who will receive priority are children, and the infirm. Attempts to bribe soldiers will see you asked to step aside and wait."

She then linked to her communicator. "Ishikawa-Santô Juni to Soyokaze. Evacuation is proceeding far too slowly, these people are frightened and there is the threat of NMX soldiers being brought in. Request that additional shuttles be tasked from other ship's in our task force to expedite this process. "
 
Listening Post Hangar

Meiko gritted her teeth as shots were fired, she quickly ups her pace when Keiko rushed forward groaning as she knew she's probably going to have yet ANOTHER team member to haul out of there once she gets shot up. She drags Ume outside of the hanger and quickly set up a 7-Line. "7-Line Emergency: 1-COM LP Hanger-2-1-3-X-4-E-5-N-6-S-7-H!" She sounds slightly panicked. "I repeat! 7-Line Emergency: 1-COM LP Hanger-2-1-3-X-4-E-5-N-6-S-7-H! Bring immediate assistance!" She takes a hold of Ume's hand. "Don't worry, they're on their way Ume." She looks back into the Hanger checking on Kioko.
 
Listening Post Hangar

Kioko winced as she got shot by the people behind the barricade and hid behind cover, while hissing a lot but smiled as she heard the screaming outside and was happy that the girl was going to be okay, now all she needed was explosives to deal with it better than what she was like now, broke armour with holes in it, bleeding it places but determined.
 
Moon Town - Garage

Not noticing how miffed she actually was, Chieko was rather surprised to hear Chiasa rip into her. It did, however, prompt her to think out what she had just said, and her feelings (both about the situation and what she had just made threats about) finally hit her. The young Minkan almost wanted to pass it off as a joke; but such things weren't even a joking matter causing her to actually look light she had lost a little heart - a rare event for those who knew her.

"I understand, Juni," she replied sheepishly, "Thank-you for the correction before I started something unfortunate. Would you mind taking charge? I've just realized my head is getting a little more heated than I expected."


Soyokaze - Cargo Hold

The fire fighting seemed to go well for the first half second; however just as the last flames sputtered out, the final sweep set the nozzle on just the right angle to surprise Hotaru. She quickly lost control and found herself flying into a cargo container quicker than she could recover. The Mini Neko lost conciousness on impact and slid down the container to the floor where her body finally came to rest.
 
Moon Town - Garage

Chiasa listened to Chieko's response to her correction. It was situations like this that made her glad that she could compartmentalize her emotions as needed.

"I will take charge here. Why not take one of the scientist and into the hangar and facilitate orderly loading. The other members of our team and I will maintain discipline here. When a shuttle arrives let us know the type or capacity and we will send in the proper number of evacuees. That way we use this point as the access control, and you can get them quickly loaded and the shuttles off without distractions." She replied.

She pondered what was going on above them. She had sent several status messages to the ship. But had not received a clear reply. That could mean that something had happened aboard the Soyokaze that damaged the comm systems, or they were engaged in conflict or some other crisis.

With a mental thought she switched her communicator to subspace and the open channel to the entire group. "Ishikawa-Santô Juni from the Soyokaze to all ships. This is a general call for transports. We have several thousand civilians that need to be evacuated from Moon Town 2. We need shuttles or other craft to get these people off the surface and to the safety of our ships above."
