Prep the following asset for deployment to the Tange System:

1 x Hibiscus-Class Mobile Space Station "Castle Variant" (Purchased from Noval)

We will contact the 1XF to coordinate placement, waiting to hear back from the YSS Wakaba that the system is clear enough for the deployment of the new station. We will be sending one of our new mobile refineries with it, once the Yugumo Workers Federation reports HR handling is complete.

Additional, for Corporate Fleet. Let's test these new facilities, build the following.

20 x Yūgure-class Merchant Destroyer
10 x Misha-class 1B Explorers
