Uniform Updates for the Star Army of Yamatai

I didn't think it was approved. The wiki page says it isn't and it's still in WIP.

Hmm, that is good to hear as it could be more standard than for those pregnant, only. What do you think @Wes and others? Do you want it around more or is it good as a maternity wear option?

*looks at all of the Kaiyo RP where someone was pregnant and manning their station* It happens.

also, char, um. Neko generally produce asexually.

Something I'll note that is happening on Essia is that there is a small population of Nekos fighting in the resistance. Mostly logistics personnel from the base. Because of their small numbers, they are having babies to help fight the war.

This is a concept art for a possible Duty Uniform Jacket (Type 41). My intent was to do something a little more "sci-fi" looking than the formal-ish Type 35.

If they have that shade of yellow skin, From a distance it might look as though they are flashing you~

(Whats that techtrash looking bit on the cuff? Communicator like thing? Speak into your cuff all secret service like, ye?)

I like it a lot, especially the occupational panel's shape on the chest and everything you did with the shoulders. Those are just specifics, it is all very cool.

Yeah, I figured a built-in wrist communicator might be cool. Here's a slightly more refined version, this time in science color:

In-built volumetric displays (not solid) on a uniform would be clenches fist so cool. Could the wrist cuff have that ability?

So I'm thinking the glowy bits will be volumetric projectors, which would be useful, especially for humans (it would gave them a heads-up display). I removed the pocket because it would probably be blocked by the belt. I added some small "STAR ARMY" embroidery on the arms.

It's been 3-4 years since the white pants/tights option was added to the Type 35 Duty uniform and it was basically never used. In addition to being rarely used in the RP, there's only been 1 artwork with white pants made (and you can't even really tell in it). Due to this, I am removing the white pants option because it's super unpopular and adds unnecessary complexity and more crap for characters to put in their duffel bags. This change is effective immediately.
