Scorpio is no longer a secret base, and was once connected to the rest of the Empire via PAINT. Secret missions and experiments can still, of course, be run out of Scorpio. But it's not some super clandestine installation anymore if that's what you're going for with the RP opportunities.

Also i believe the main point of the article is to give a background for why the Scorpio was so difficult to target in the past

Ah well, I will have to consult @Wes - I asked him as Kore said in the call because he had to update somethings in Scorpio's history like its date of construction, etc. I think it's a case of Scorpio's existence is known but its exact coordinates are kept secret, but I will wait for him to answer to make sure we get accurate information on the article.

Yes i understand that. From my understanding it is not secret that it exsists but it is secret where it is at. This makes reason for an explanation on how it is hidden. In that sense its like a ship that cant be tracked. A secret organization that people know exists but have no idea where or what exactly happens there leaving the mind to wander and rumors to form among the civilians.
