RP: SRSS Yggdrasill Picking up new crew

The Yggdrasill and the Leviathan moved away from the areas of Azorea and Kenichi's Star, finally finished. Kentichi's star was mineral and metal rich, they found, and Toshiro had come to a finishing point for the Azorean negotiations...he breathed a heavy sigh, as they stopped outside of Elysian space, waiting for their new new crewmen.

"This is Yuki Toshiro, Commodore of the Yggdrasill Salvage Fleet...we are here to pick up two new crew members...are you present?"
 
On another communications band a signal was being received...Yggdrasill would notify Toshiro that the ship was being hailed by an outside source. The source as it turned out to be would be Remi.
 
Toshiro clicked over to that channel, having Yggdrasill monitor the original frequency for traffic.

"Miyoshi-hakase! Konnichiwa! We've finished up at Azorea and are at the tip of Ayame's Nebula waiting for a couple new Elysian crew members...where are you right now?"
 
Remi was sitting on a well lit bridge, all alone and at a station. Beeping could be heard as she was pressing buttons on her station.

"The tip of Ayame's Nebula?... Then I am only ten light years away from your current position." She said in a gentle tone of voice as she studied her instruments with intensity. "Did the negotiations go well?" The doctor asked, frowning as she adjusted the speed of her vessel, increasing it.
 
"As well as can be expected really...there was an assassination attempt and other stuff though...I must question if they are ready for space mentally...but such is to be expected..."

He said, obviously a bit tired...
 
"Space...space is truly a magnificent place...so many mysteries yet unsolved and unlocked... so many secrets never to be known, only to be contemplated on..."

Remi spoke this in a somewhat contemplative, and dreamy tone as she continued on. "I will be within range very soon Toshiro if you care to talk." She offered.
 
"Yeah...are you alright? You sound different...and you're right. Finding new races, meeting people who we shouldn't be able to meet in this world...it isn't the finite world of science that Yamatai believes."
 
"There are more things out there then you could imagine." Remi said as her vessel dropped out of its hyperfold jump. The vessel was an older design, but still recognizable in some circles, having and still goes by the name of a Wazu 4 class vessel.

It was an older design, but it did its job admirably.
 
"...Sugoi..." Toshiro said, looking at the vessel.

"Where'd you get it? Did you salvage it?"
 
Remi smiled faintly on the screen as she continued to work the station. The doctor chuckled lightly at the question and shook her head. "No, not salvage, brand new with an up to date engine assembly, bought and paid for by my daughter as a gift to me."

Remi replied flicking a strand of her long black hair over an ear. "Permission to dock?"
 
He beamed, hearing about that.

"Certainly! Feel free! Oh, and how IS your family over there? Did you see your grandkids?"
 
Remi nodded at this. "Yes...I have four now however. As for my family...things have been good for them, they are all happy to be together and not apart anymore." As she spoke her Wazu drifted closer, and pitched to the side as it crept up along side the Yggdrasill, and finally docked, the sounds of clamps closing into place could be heard on both ships, and the hiss of air in the airlock as oxygen rushed in, and the pressure equalized.

Once this occurred, Remi moved to the airlock, and opened the hatch on her side, closed it, and did so to the other, stepping back aboard the Yggdrasill.
 
Soon a sleek black and green shuttle would approach the Yggdrasil and transmitted a message of greeting. It was just a simple one sent by the seraphim that were piloting it. They had specific orders to drop off their passenger and return to Elysia, but it's require docking to do so. "This is the Demeter's Star, we request permission to dock within your shuttle bay to drop off your newest crewmember." Came the transmission to Yuki.
 
"Permission granted. Please dock with the aft Shuttlebay." Toshiro sent, as he waited for Remi to arrive on the bridge...

"Any word on where the other one is?"
 
The shuttle would cut the communication at that and would begin it's drifting course toward the aft shuttlebay of the Yggdrasil. Within moments it'd break through the atmosphere sustaining forcefield over the bay's entrance. Once it settled down, the communication would fire again to answer Toshiro's question. "She'll be along shortly, she had to get a physical check up to see if she was fit for travel." The shuttle would respond.

In a few moments, the ramp in the back of the shuttle and a clearly female antheodon would step off the transport. It would be running on a short AI program. It was armed with elysian style armaments but wouldn't present a threat by keeping its weapons lowered as it moved to the side.

Shortly after, possibly the bustiest elysian anyone had ever seen stepped out wearing a flowing toga-like garment that hugged her curves nicely. The neckline dipping a bit to display some cleavage, but the most noticeable things she had were attached to her back: large white feathered wings. Melissiel looked around with soft teal colored eyes as her fingers brushed golden blonde hair out of them. "Is ..anyone here?" she blinked.
 
"Yggdrasill, when Miyoshi-Hakase gets here, tell her that I'm greeting the new crew member. Aendri...I...guess you have command for the time being."

With that, he left the bridge and made his way to the shuttle bay, to greet the newcomer. When he first saw her, he immediately noticed her breasts, though he didn't dwell on them...they made him feel a bit funny though.

"Hello! I'm Commodore Yuki Toshiro, the owner and Commander of this fleet. Nice to meet you, Ms...which one were you? I'm not sure which person was which."
 
Mel looked around for a moment as she and the shuttle crew waited for the commander of the ship to come down and handle things. Once Toshiro showed up, the shuttle would close the ramp as a genderless seraphim servant would come out carrying her possessions. It had it's aggressive factor removed and was perfectly suited to being just a servant and not much more.

When the commander showed up and greeted her, Mel smiled prettily and straightened with a noticeable bounce and saluted him out of respect. "It's nice to meet you sir. My name is Melissiel Parthenopaeus, but you can just call me Mel if you want." she said in a friendly, soft, warm tone. But there was still something underlyingly sensual about how she moved, like a grace most didn't possess, probably unknowingly.
 
"Glad to have you aboard, Mel. Welcome to the Yggdrasill. So tel me...do you prefer sleeping in your own quarters, or in the same quarters as the other girls? If the former, I should probably have you sleep in the Leviathan..."

He said, figuring she'd want to know where to put her things next.
 
She just thought about it for a moment, thinking about the variables in the choices offered to stay on one ship but having her own quarters or sharing one. Mel would think that it may be best to have a different one from the rest due to the fact that she did take up quite a bit of room.

"I'm comfortable with either, but would the bunk room allow for my ...size." she asked, fluttering her wings a bit to call attention to them. "I'm a physician by training and like to stay close to the better prepared medical bay."
 
"Well...I have a room once used by a married couple which actually doubles as an emergency medical station. It is close to the main one. The only issue is that Yggdrasill has a pair of doctors already, and Leviathan has none...but our other Elysian Doctor is better suited to Leviathan, as she has been with the ship since before I bought it. Ship Assignments are flexible here."

He said, smiling.

"Plus, the double room will let you keep an eye on your friend and her baby."
