I can't find a wiki article or anything about the Ice Queen. I wanted to take a little time for social activity while we wait out the trip through hyperspace, but when we get there Imma need you to help describe the setting and control bad guys/NPCs.
The first time during the NSS Alliance it was a black syndicate casino stronghold and the marines ended up having to blow up a lot of stuff.
The second time Uso and the gang stopped by for a little RnR.
Both times it has been shown as a dome containing the casino floor itself and a tower/hotel/resort attached to it. Most recently the center has been used as an arena for fights but for the most part you're free to do whatever you want with it.
