2012 Donation Drive

Howdy!

First I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the people that subscribe to Star Army and are donating a little bit each month. Also, thank you to everyone that's donated in the past. This message is mainly for those that haven't donated yet. Each year (usually in March) we do a donation drive with the bar at the top of the forums and we usually are able to hit the $500 mark. The money goes 100% to Star Army expenses (mainly server costs and art). A few notes on the bar: I'm going to count one-time donations and NEW subscriptions on it. And it's updated manually so it might not show your donation until later in the day when I'm at home and can update it. The drive will last until we hit $500 or reach the end of the month.

As always, donators who donate $25 or more will get mailed a patch. I have NSMC ones available and just a couple of the Hinomaru ones. The NSMC one is iron-on. Donators of $50 or more will also get a full body character portrait of a character of their choice (you can PM me or post the character's URL in this thread).

Even if you can't give anything, you are still appreciated. Thank you for being a part of Star Army.

Clothing Details: The overall outfit should just be simpler, with no embroidery or lace involved. No bows or jewelry either. Nothing about this should be exaggerated like it is in the ref picture - so the sleeves should be connected properly and the wrists of the sleeves should not be ridiculously over sized. Also, there should be a minimal amount of ruffle on the neck.


Notes: REMEMBER THE HIPS IN THE DESCRIPTION. SHE'S HIPPY. Also the hair is styled as it is on the original description, and not at all like the linked clothing design.

Clothing Details: Skirt goes slightly above mid-thigh, no slit with the skirt, heels, 21st path on the right shoulder, 2XF path on the left upper-arm, shoi rank, front section should be the blue pilot panel color.
Notes: She would stand shyly (head tilted down slightly but eyes facing the viewer, hands behind the back, digging one toe into the ground), maybe give her a pink headband, here's some reference art.

Clothing Details: Skirt would be very nearly exact, the blouse should be a soft grey instead though. She'd probably be barefoot.
Notes: Liese is fairly peppy, and girly, and her pose should reflect that if possible.

Clothing Details: She should have one pistol on her hip, but still have a dagger/knife strapped on each ankle. She should also have the rank pin replaced with a Chusa pin.

This is Fujiwara's most common expression, and the best I could do to represent her eye-color and face.

Clothing Details: He is a chusa. I prefer when the rank indicators are illustrated rather than photoshopped on but beggars can't be choosers. Command whites or SAINT black colors both work. Wes can decide.

I don't want to demand accessories that won't look good. So other details can be gathered from the bio and left to how the artist wants to rep him.

Notes: I'd like him looking devious if at all possible, but still seeming charming and pleasant. He's an intelligence officer, after all. The Chibi is a really good vision of his looks. I'll leave it to the artist, ultimately.
