Okay! I am happy to open the OOC page for Aegis Squad as we have several player interested.

So, I would like for everyone to begin creating their character wikis for the plot. These operators can all have unique backgrounds as to why they were selected, but most if not all will be fresh out of training.

Here is some light reading to help familiarize yourself with the IPG for those who have never played an IPG character before.

Here is the standard issue equipment for the IPG as well.

I want to get this started as soon, preferably before school starts for me in a couple weeks so I can already have the ball rolling!

Hmm... Odd. I didn't get this tag in my alerts... Oh well! I am here now. :3 I will read up while I have some downtime tonight.
 
As per our conversation on Discord, I am interested in having Lenz involved in this. Rank and such doesn't really matter- he's a good Operator that does whatever stupid thing he's told... even dressing in really bad drag for an operation. ;)
 
I'm interested in how this first mission will be. Did most if not all of us go through training together? Will we be doing an exercise first or straight into the mayhem?
 
Alright guys. Sorry for the delay. I just started Nursing school so it was eating up some time. Now that I see how my schedule plays out I was able to carve out SARP time.

Here is the Aegis Squad CO

So far I officially have @xImmortalxBeauty's character.

Unofficially I have @Kim's and @Legix's characters that I have looked at but have not officially approved yet. (Just need to be submitted so I can approve them on paper)

That just leaves @Fay @raz and @Whitehart

Start getting these characters in so I can get this plot rolling.

Also what kind of opening mission would you guys like to see?

Assassination mission? Sabotage? Extraction? Let me know if you like any of these or have your own idea for a mission!

I adopted Ice Plainsview for this. We can go over what she should have done between being a marine whenever you have the time.

Any kind of opening mission seems cool to me. Brutalizing tangos, sneaking around, whatever. All of it sounds good.

Rippin'-and-a-tearin' Harm Royse will be up soon. So I can further meme and hype errybody with formation aspects and assist GLORIOUS GM-HIME.
 
So, while completely pying on Immortal Beauty's character I noticed the reference to the IPG cybernetics. Should we be taking some of these? Are they in fact optional as the page suggests?
 
You know, until Whitehart brought it up, I had kinda forgotten about the iPG cybernetics package. I know that Lenz got this stuff since he was in that first class... I guess it's a matter of game balancing to not make it mandatory. It was more to counter the capabilities of a Nekovalkryja than anything else. I guess its a matter of whether @Gunhand4171 wants us to be murder 'borgs or not.

They are. Just get the other gadgets and it essentially grants the same benefits
