RP: YSS Genesis [Aside] Something to do.

There was a hiss and a rush of what seemed to be a mix of compressed air that was cold to the touch.

The stream continued for several moments before it suddenly became very warm, instead; this lasted for only a couple of seconds though, before the pressure inside the container came to match the pressure without. The hair-thin crack between the lid and the box seperated, and widened to the width of a thumb. Then, with a second jerk, it further propped itself and revealed that it was on a pair of rails and could be shoved off, manually.

From within, a groan came.

 

[Kai]

Shizuka started as the box opened in such a dramatic way, apparently not too keen on what it might contain- Not that she didn't know what a Helashio was, or that she though they might be scary, but the way that box acted was much more shocking than she had really expected.

And then there was a groan.

"Uhh, Yuril, It's your box, you look in it first..." the Neko suggested, standing behind the silver-haired Neko and shoving her forward gently.

The way the box opened was a bit... impressive, in a way, perhaps it was intended to carry humanoids inside it, as the way it opened seemed a bit overly dramatic for anything else. Or maybe Lorathians liked to do stuff like that, she didn't know either way.

Feeling Shizuka shove her towards the box lightly, the neko got the message. She wasn't sure what to expect, after all, she didn't even know what a Helashio was. Cautiously, the silver-haired soldier crept towards the box and gripped the 'lid' and gave it a fairly gentle push, not expecting much resistance.

 

[Gallant]

The lid moved as easily as if it were being pushed across wet ice.

It slid down onto the side of the box; clearly, the assembly was re-usable.

And within the box was a Helashio.

It had pearly white, completely unblemished skin; ample hair the color of carrots spilling out damply over its wet shoulders. A tail the same color curled around its ass. Its soft-furred ears resembled more a marsupial's than a cat's. And its eyes, when they groggily opened, were a very pure magenta color.

When it uncurled and stood up inside of the box, it was at least a head taller than its savior - or more.

It was naked, and it was most definitely female.

Really, really curvy. Very, very female. The flatter features were a bit odd, but the heart-shaped face and the small nose were adorable. The hourglass build and lithe, slightly muscled frame lent itself well to more detailed appraisal. But before this could be explored, without saying a single thing, the Helashio lowered its eyes, climbed foot-by-foot out of the box, and then dropped to its knees in front of Yuril.

When it offered its hand, and unclenched it, was when Yuril noticed that it had been clutching something. A controller.

Probably for the collar it wore, of course.

Well a Helashio was decidedly easy on the eyes, and also very humanoid. Also, quite naked - although she doubted that was exactly the natural way for them to look, it was probably a byproduct of having to be stuck inside that box...

Before Yuril could grasp much more of the situation however, the Helashio was quickly on her knees before her and presenting something to her. The neko carefully plucked it from her open hand, before looking at it curiously not quite -

Oh.

Oh.

"Erm, ah... I don't think I should be caught with this er... h-how about we go open that second and ah..." Yuril fumbled for words, "Shizuka, any idea how we can remove a collar like that?"

 

[Kai]

Shizuka was, simply enough, stunned by the 'entrance' the Helashio made upon her exit from the box. She, like Yuril, was momentarily speechless.

"Umm...Well... I don't know too much Lorath, but I guess I could look over the controller and see how to turn the collars off..." the pink-haired Neko muttered, poking her head over Yuril's shoulder and inspecting the controller presented by the Helashio.

The Helashio looked up.

Not 'Up' specifically, as in 'up at them', but 'up' in the general sense of no longer bowing one's head. The woman examined Yuril's legs, tail curling up and coiling flexibly and smoothly. In fact she was confused, but nobody had specifically told her to do anything quite yet, so there wasn't anything specifically to do about it.

So idly, she glanced around for the second box that she knew had to be here. A moment of vague panic gripped her when the thought occurred that her sister might not even be here, but she squished it down pretty hard. Her sister was supposed to be awake first, to spare all of this confusion.

So why wasn't she?

Clair thought about opening her mouth. She really thought about it. And then, she didn't. Rushing her owners wouldn't do her any good. Let them come to it, in their own time.

Yuril pushed the controller out of her mind for now, she didn't know what to do with it other then not use it, of course. The neko noted the Helashio making a glance, or two, and put two and two together that she was likely looking for the other box.

"W-well, let's worry about it later. I don't really feel like pushing buttons at random. Let's just go open the second box, alright?"

With quick steps she moved towards the second, thankful it was essentially the same thing, all she had to do was push the same button, and then open it the same way... easy!

"I somehow doubt a slave would know much about removing their own collars..." Tsukade muttered to herself.

Second box did exactly the same thing as the first one, as it vented steam for several seconds. Sound of someone waking up could be heard from inside, even accompanied by a yawn. Whoever was inside was obviously a girl. Yuril did not have to open this one as the lid started sliding to the side on its own.

Fingers and knuckles appeared as hand of the person grabbed the edge of the box, quickly followed by second hand. Soon a top of head showed up, as person inside peeked out. All that could be seen for now, was bright orange hair and pair of violet eyes, which looked around curiously. They noticed Yuril standing very close as they scanned the surrounding.

"Oooh," a girly voice could be heard as she looked around. Then suddenly she sprung like a little devil out of the box, hopping over the edge. Now it could be easily seen that this helashio looked exactly same as the first on, except for her eyes maybe which had a slightly different colour. She quickly dropped to her knees before Yuril bowing. "I am ready to serve mistress!" A happy voice chirped.

The similarity between the two Helashio was quite evident, perhaps they were sisters? At least that would be a bit more... handy. At the very least, Yuril didn't have to think there was some long-lost relative somewhere in the universe she'd feel like finding.

However, much like the other Helashio, this one was quick to bow and kneel as well - only this one actually talked, and addressed her as mistress. Tsukade should've expected this, after all they were slaves, so this was sort of their thing to do in life, like her's was to be a soldier.

It would probably not make a good case in front of any authorities, however.

"Er, l-look I... oh boy, how do I even begin to go about this..." the neko sighed and rubbed her chin, "I may have bought you, without knowing, but I'm not your mistress. I mean, you're not anyone's property in erm, that sort of way, uhm..."

"This isn't going to be easy to explain at all, I think..."

Young helashio girl looked up at the neko, but only with her eyes. Her body still remained near ground. She looked rather confused with the situation, not sure what was going on. Were both slaves sold by mistake? Well even thought this woman was not sure what she bought, she did own them now. That made her their mistress.

"But you just said you um.... bought us," young girl spoke up in trade. Her voice was same as she was. Young and cheerful of sorts. "If you bought us that means we are yours and we will do whatever you wish." The Helashio tried to explain back to her new owner.

Clair slunk her way over to her sister's side, keeping her head down, and then resumed her docile posture.

Side-by-side, the two Helashio were mirror images. Hair clinging dark and wet to their shoulders, down their backs. Tails curling, in mild confusion, or perhaps because they just did that normally - who knew? Athletic, acrobatic bodies naked to the interior lighting, mist-covered from however it was that they had been held in cryostasis. The only difference was that Clair was mute.

She wasn't even looking up anymore.

With the two Helashio side-by-side, the fact they looked related seemed... well, very clear. Not quite twins, but close enough probably. Still, Yuril was still in quite the bind here. To the two Helashio, she had technically bought them in a sense, which to their minds would mark her as their owner... and as they had so readily stated it, they were likely brought up to be like this.

You couldn't simply undo a lifetime of training with a few words, it was probably like military training... far less acceptable though. Getting the two to understand she wasn't their owner was going to be a challenge all on its own, let alone in figuring out how to remove the collars. Perhaps the authorities would be better for that.

"Well, I mean... yes, I guess I did do that but..." the neko paused, trying to think of the right words, "ah, this is going to be really hard to explain. In simple terms, yes I bought you - but not intentionally. You were kind of a part of all this," she gestured to the room, "and, well slavery isn't exactly legal for me, and ah, I don't particularly approve of it.

"At the same time, I'm... kind of a loss of what to do here. I have to find some way to get your collars removed, then probably some kind of paperwork to..." Yuril trailed off, "This... probably makes no sense at all, does it?"

Mira looked up at the neko. She started at her while she talked and when neko was finished she blinked several times. The young helashio looked a little confused in the situation. Like if she did not understand the problems her new mistress was mentioning.

"Not legal?" She then asked as she assumed that was the biggest problem. Mira looked at her sister and then back to Yuril. "Oh that won'T be a problem mistress. We can just keep quiet about this and act as simple servants. We won't mention to anyone that we are slaves." She then smiled at Yuril as if that cleared everything.

 

[Kai]

Shizuka now broke her somewhat shocked silence, having gotten over the whole 'two naked people just came out of boxes' thing and realized that they were indeed people and they needed to be helped.

"Well, Umm. Before we do anything about all that... I think we need to get them some clothes, you know? If we're talking about legal, it's not legal to go around naked on most of the station..."

Yuril resisted the urge to smack her face with her palm - as expected, the slave girls had no real grasp of the situation. She couldn't really blame them though, they had simply been raised and trained this way, she shouldn't expect to un-do all that with a few words.

Shizuka brought up a good point though - she couldn't leave the warehouse with these Helashio like this, they'd all end up thrown in prison or something.

"Do you have anything they could wear? There's nothing in the inventory that's really clothing, and while I'd lend them something of mine, well..." the neko trailed off, "our work uniforms are sorely lacking in extra layers, so if I gave them anything I'm wearing, we'd still have to worry about indecent exposure."

Make a joke, lighten the mood.

 

[Kai]

"Well, I have that Officer's uniform I bought, and Saito just bought a bunch of clothes... So I think we should be able to manage. If it comes down to it, you can use your holographic projection to imitate clothing. Nobody'll notice, if we do that." Shizuka gave Yuril a bemused look, as if silently chiding her for forgetting that Neko could in fact project a holographic, 3-D image of imaginary clothing over themselves in a pinch.

Tsukade's face blushed a bit at Shizuka's words - why didn't she think of that?

"W-well, I've never really had to do that but erm... yes, that's a good point. Could you see if Saito has anything? We need at least one spare set then, unless you feel like giving them what you have on - I uh, don't think you should give them your nice officer dress though..."

The neko trailed off for a moment before speaking, "Actually, could you tell me your names?"

Mira watched two nekoes and listened closely, she still looked a little confused. She gathered that they will need to travel somewhere a little more far, since their new mistress needed them clothed. She surely did not want to cloth them just because they were not pleasing to her eyes.

"Oh yes!" Mira showed her white teeth in wide smile as Yuril started paying attention to her again and asked name of hers and her sister. "My name is Mira and this is my sister Clair. We are both happy to serve you. Please forgive my sister for her silence, but speaking in trade language is not her strong side, I am eager to answer any of your question, so don't worry!"

"We can both serve you in many ways mistress!" Mira continued, it seemed that once she got started it was hard to stop her. She was like an unstoppable train of continuous words and informations. "I am here to entertain you, I am proud to say my dancing was liked by many. I also know how sing and play flute. Oh and when you will have guests over I know how to mix many great drinks and my knowledge of wines is vast. Not to mention that I can entertain you and please you in... other ways too whenever you want me to. I am happy to serve."

She then looked to her twin sister. "As for Clair, I can tell you that she is the best cook you can imagine. Our former master was very happy with her and how she can handle your house and keep it clean and nice. She is also quite capable driver and can treat many wound should some unfortunate accident should happen. Together we can make you very happy and fulfil any wish you have!"

In spite of the Helashio being slaves, and this was likely the result of all that training, Yuril was still a bit pleased to hear their repertoire of skills, it was after all fairly impressive. Even if it was all just to make them more appealing to potential masters and mistresses...

Perhaps she'd be able to work with Clair at some point to brush up on her own cooking skills... but no, first she had to figure out how she was going to explain to the authorities how she obtained them, accidentally, get the freed and see if they even wanted to stay with her.

Tsukade wanted to correct them calling her, and by extension Shizuka, mistress but somehow got the impression that would never work. It would be like asking her to not call a Taisho a Taisho!

"Well seems like you two are very skilled, Mira and Clair." offered the neko with a smile, "I'm not too sure if what I'm wearing would fit you well, but we can't have you two wandering around the station naked... would you like to borrow what I'm wearing? I've only got the one, so we'll need to find a second set at least..."
