Classes are another one of the things that are a bit fuzzy in definition around here. What you are discribing seems more like a person than a class of person. The weapons should be put elsewhere (the military, tech and corp forum) and the discription of the class needs to be more general like the other classes. Right now it is a bit to specific considering ambushers haven't been used before and would be a new toy on the battlefield.

About the Seelie
The Seelie are an ancient race of hunters, humanoid in appearance, but with many traits that separate them from human, who have lived on their planet of Amar for longer than their records extend. For millennia the Seelie have been in a state of turmoil, fighting with each other and the planets dangerous wild life, but for the last two millennia a semblance of peace has descended.
The Seelie are physically more powerful than humans, with great muscle and bone density, as well as dangerous natural weapons. Their lives are directed by a complex culture and sense of honour.
Playing the Seelie
The Seelie are brought up by their parent so are compassionate and caring. They are brought up on manners and believe in love and respect for their elders. When in communities they treat their neighbours as they wish to be treated, and share with the others of their community.
The Seelie are into entertaining each other through dance, song and original folk music, which they appreciate even more greatly due to their heightened senses. The Seelie are hard working, as the Seelie do not class work as work they enjoy what they are doing and are often found singing in work places. They are very emotional as they voice their opinions always. They are a happy race that always looks on the bright side of things, even when things are really bad. Acting is a big part of the Seelie life as they act stories out regularly to show history. They also believe in the use of music, as this is also a way of showing your emotions. As a result of the acting out of the history of their life the Seelie do not use books very often, they are fond of showing things through visual art rather than literature. As a result of this, each Seelie family has a family story, which is passed down through generations and shown to the whole family at the turn of the year. The Seelie are very competitive especially the females. The females also have an uncanny ability so that they can sense when their loved ones are around.
The Seelie are a friendly race who are accommodating to other races, they are helpful and willing to put others first. If however they are threatened, or their family is threatened in anyway, they are willing to fight back. They are not afraid to kill, as they are brought up on killing from a young. The Seelie have a hunters out look on life, and are always thinking of the dangers in a situation, though they are safe most of the time in their own towns, when they go out to hunt, this is when they use their hunters instincts. The Seelie have an amazing memory they remember every fact from the day before and their memory allows them to remember the most important facts, which they choose to remember. They do not easily forget an enemy.
The Seelie are also psionic naturally, all of them are telepathic and telekinetic. However most of them are untrained, capable of communication, which they use in their own home regularly, but not usually in public as it can be offensive, and can lift small objects. Females are naturally more powerful telepaths, while males are naturally greater telekinetics, although they all have both abilities. Some are trained with the use of their power to a greater degree, ether self trained or educated by an elder psioncist. There are some occurrences of the other psionic disciplines, pyrokinetic, cyrokinetic etc., but they are extremely uncommon, and have only occurred in isolated incidents.
Monogamy is most common; polygamy is overwhelmingly frowned upon, and often seen as a crime. Divorce is almost unheard of, and requires the decision of a central counsel. Due to this marriage is entered in to cautiously, and those who have pre-martial relationships are not frowned upon as this is seen as a period where the couple can get to know each other better before marriage. Although a child born out of wedlock result in the scorn of the parents. Same sex marriages are not allowed.

I realize it's an old post but armor piercing rockets do exist. They piece the hull of armored vehicles. The front part of the rocket pierces a hole in the hull and breaks apart and the following part contains the explosive which would go off inside the vehicle. The technology started with WWII battleship shells.
However using it as anti-infantry would be stupid yes.

Cluster bombs. Really neat to watch those things go off. One explosion releases a whole bunch of smaller explosive devices that carpet an entire area with explosions. I think those are used as anti-personnel or anti-light armored vehicles.
The bunker buster is more like a big heavy bomb that penetrates the heavy defenses of a buried facility and then ignites into a huge thermal detonation to slag everything inside it.

Its not that the bunker-busting bomb is delayed, more than it is a projectile that has the ability to penetrate the earths surface. And to do this it needs special engineering. So its not that a bunker-buster is an actual armor-peircing rocket, more than it is almost an armor-peircing rocket. So its more like an apple and an pear than an apple and a grape.

Actually, it is a delayed explosive. Much money had been spent on researching highly stable explosives to use in bunker buster bombs that wouldn't go off on impact but instead would detonated at the proper depth and time where in an AP rocket you usualy have some sort of directed explotion, chemical energy jet, or something along those lines to penitrate armor.
