MAIN HANGAR 1A

The cold of space, a grave for so many unfortunate souls who now floated lifeless among wreckage. Little remained of many, but those who left behind bodies able to be collected, were with care. Hades had clashed against the now wounded fleet, taking three of their ships in the process, and taking the lives of more aboard the S6S-Anvil. 380 plus lives had been lost, as well as some kidnapped when the final estimate came in. The ships had finally come into orbit, and the anvil was set to make a forced landing soon. It would become the base for which to stage colonization efforts from.

Jack sat on a crate in the wrecked hangar, his injuries all having been treated, but he still wasn't a pretty sight. He had dispatched Fenrir division under Major Talo's command, to go retrieve Adilis and any other survivors Hades had. They had only one place left to go, so the killing blow was coming to them, and that brought some comfort to the white haired man. It didn't fill the hole he felt inside from having failed to save another one of his sons, or the now rows upon rows of filled body bags lined on the deck before him. Silent tears ran down his cheeks as armored hands held his head.

"How did I let this happen?", He asked himself aloud.

Whisper stood nearby, having remained quiet as he too observed the damages done. "Commander, this couldn't have been avoided, we had no idea they were stalking us. They will bring Adilis back, I'm sure of that. Have faith in your family sir.", Whisper's augmented voice says as it is projected through his helmet's speaker.

"I hope for his sake that you are right.....Has there been any work on Rose, or Sarah?", Jack asked not wanting anymore bad news, but needed to know.

"Mrs. Rose-sama is being picked up now. I am recovering from an injury, so forgive my appearance. Mrs. Pine-sama is still unaccounted for as well as the rest of the advance team. We've received no data on their radios, or suit beacons, but the shuttle as far as we can tell crashed far up north past the mountain ranges. The air is breathable, very verdant, yet 90% of plants are orange. I have a more complete report here, but........we also detected a small craft of unknown origin during the battle. Data is spotty at best, but it crashed somewhere around here.", Seraphina Cerulius said as she shuffled into the hangar and over to the pair. She had a large blood stain from the wound she had received earlier, which was not patched up, but she hadn't changed clothes with everything that had happened. Her right dove like wing's pure white was marred by stains of crimson. She handed over the pad, pointing to a area near the coast on the map she had pulled up before doing so. When Jack tapped the screen, a very zoomed out image popped up. In it was a hard to make out given the distance, but an odd shaped blur of a craft was barely made out.

"Thank you Sera. I'll review this, you go rest now. You've more then earned it.", Jack said idly as he looked over the compiled data with swipes of his armored index finger.

HALLS NEAR MEDBAY 2
Kessler Ryzka, and Mark Tazar were helping still clear up debris as well as help wounded into the medbay. All the enemy remains had been collected, burned, and converted to large graphene blocks. They were planned to be used to build a monument someday to both all the lives lost, and to mark the day they reached what was hopefully going to be home. The two men lifted metal, their shirts now scuffed, singed, and dirtied from the grueling process.

The wall hadn't been repaired yet, the large slagged hole that used to be the double doors into the medbay still open, but most damage inside had been repaired. The doctors scurried about trying to treat the flood of patients that had filled the medbays shortly after the battle had ended. Mark Oaklen, and Neera Pine both lay in their assigned beds. Mark had been brought in all but broken, his condition critical from the battle on the bridge. Neera had somehow despite even worse odds, managed to survive, but was stuck in a comatose state for the time being.

The ex-demon queen Orias, sat watching over them quietly. Her gaze had been more to Mark at the majority of the time, a connection from her time trapped within his mind, just something she couldn't ignore. Her wings rustled as she sat, inwardly worried, even though she tried not to show it. Her tail for once was out in the open, hanging behind the stool she sat upon, the bony appendage swaying. She had made it through with only some tarnishing to her elegant dress, and with two confirmed kills, she was rather pleased with herself in that regard.

"I trust they will be treated with the utmost care doctor?", She asked as one of the doctors from before was passing by.

MAIN HANGAR 1A

Among the rows of dead, Ven stood with a young man. He was on the cusp of adulthood. He knelt and moved the shroud from the face of a pair of the bodies. His face hardened to prevent himself from crying. "You know, my father used to say 'Situations come and go, but people will be forever.'" Abdullah said.

Ven didn't really feel anything about the parents, during the excitement, she had protected him and a small group of children. She had given him and some others of the children her backup pistols to help her fight. They had done better then she expected, then again, she hadn't expected anything. Her face was a stony mask. She didn't know what to say, she was sure she was dead to her parents and her parents were effectively dead to her. She tried to put herself in Abdullah's shoes, but found she couldn't. "They meant a lot to you?" She asked.

Abdullah nodded, "Yhea, they were great. I... I don't know what to do now that their gone."

Ven thought for a moment, "Well, you will be taken care of until you are an adult." Ven pointed out.

Abdullah shook his head, "That's not the point, I feel so adrift now. Like there is a hole in the side of my boat and I'm sinking."

Ven had tamped down hard on letting herself feel anything. Numbness was better than the pain inside. "Then there is only one thing to do, plug the hole and bail water." She said awkwardly, not sure how to respond.

Abdullah stood and continued to talk to Ven as they walked down the rows of bodies, looking for people. Some of the children Ven had unexpectedly found herself the caretaker of hadn't found their parents yet.

It was weird. Odd, almost alien even. Still having been unable to say a word. Neon. Just cleaned up where she could. A short breath left her from the strain of dragging a metal plate to the side. Her left arm closely tied to her chest, bandaged up and stained in oddly coloured, luminescent green. There were at least three completely snapped bones, several fractures and hairline fractures. Though it was the best they could do for now, there was no way she could recieve proper care, she didn't want to. She was only at risk of losing an arm, others were at risk for their lives. Just emergency care, several painkillers and Neon swallowed it.

Though being close to Kessler, the Captain could tell there was something off. An internal conflict, a struggle and emotional battle. Simply due to her constant shifting eye and hair colour. Turning to a deep, flamey crimson and yellow. Then to a deeply sorrowful and dim azure. A bitter orange to yellow. Before cascading back into a complete raven black. Not looking up from her work, her face betraying little to no emotions.

Though even when called on, she didn't respond at all. Once the plate was moved, she easily found a new physical struggle of a menial task she could barely complete and went to work.

Koroleva was much like Neera, completely comatose. A soft wheezing coming from the tremendously wounded Nekovalkyrja's life support. Cybernetic arm disconnected, already fixed up, neatly and carefully placed on the small end table next to her. Which contained a variety of still hooded syrignes. There was only so much that they could do for the Nekovalkyrja, her jaw had been set, the bullets that remained inside her had been removed and the wounds had been carefully treated. Though, not without issue. In the enclosed space they operated on Koroleva, medical staff were fitted with their own breathing apparatus. Due to her blood releasing various chemicals that strained the throat and were toxic in essence. Luckily, blood had been drawn and the synthetic substance had been succesfully reverse engineered.

It was eerie, however. To see her face, beyond the mask and the patch on the graze on her head, lie there so peaceful, so serene. Not the slightest twitch of muscle. Only the struggled breathing, assisted by life support.

There was a knock on Haisley Groenkof's door, a voice calling from the other side, "Commander needs you to analyze some data, but the internal systems are down, you'll have to report in person. Please report on the double." @club24

Aras muttered to herself as she scurried around the now rather occupied medbay, tiredly checking many of the various displays and patients. The Cybernetic Surgeon's stare consisted of her implant, lightly glowing as always, while the natural one sat tiredly, a noticeable bag forming just under it.

The past few hours had been a hectic array of movement and treatment to her; never a moment of free time for a doctor. The growing list of soldiers and civilians alike had kept her there, and it was clear she wouldn't be able to keep it up for much longer. In the past hours she had lost multiple patients to their wounds mid treatment or simply waiting otherwise. These deaths sat pronounced on her mind and most certainly did not sit well with her.

As she rounded the region of the room containing Neera and Mark, she was quickly startled by a question from Orias. She shrunk back a bit before processing it fully, then turned towards it's origin. "Y-yes, yes, I can assure you these two are high on our minds, and we will attend to them as best we can." She replied tiredly, looking to the odd character in front of her.

“Seriously? No one but me? Fiiine just gimme 10 minutes.” Came the indignant reply from the young Goenkof as she slowly unrolled from her bed cocoon.

At least it hadn’t been that annoying guy, what was he her dad now? Rising slowly she rubbed her eyes through the curtain of pink hair and collected a laptop. Opening the door she yawned, still in sleepware.

“Alright, lets get this over with.”

MAIN HANGAR 1A

It had been one hell of an introduction to their new red and black themed hosts, the two Beckett sisters had arrived with the most recent batch of new recruits and weren't quite expecting so much to happen all at once - they still had each other though and that was a lot more than some people still had, Heather was just happy her older sis had gotten away with only a cracked sternum and fractured wrist during the chaos of it all though she knew Ashley would hate being forced to sit on the sidelines with everyone else unable to fight currently.

It sucked but they were Nepleslians and it could have been worse, a whole lot worse - Heather couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt at her sister's condition though, the younger girl had been the one to suggest they try this lot out and look how that turned out...

"shit~" the green and gold eyed, blonde pilot winced out as she gingerly touched that gash above her left eyebrow, it wasn't so much that it hurt as much as it was just plain annoying to have - putting on her helmet was going to suck though...

QUARTERS - HALLWAY

Wandering through the halls and seemingly on autopilot was a person one could assume was just another Jane clone at first glance, what with the white hair, gifted figure and red eye that poked out but if you looked closer you might notice the base layer of raven pigmentation she'd never be able to fully dye out and the blue eye that was hidden underneath all that hair Jacky swept to the left to try and hide it. She just wanted to fit in with the others, though being the female twin of Talos made that a somewhat difficult task due to their non-standard appearances but at least neither one had to deal with it alone and she hardly blamed him for it.

Suddenly she bumped into something with her elbow, rather a pink haired someone so the clone's one red eye that was on display widened a little in surprise before an apologetic smile was offered to Haisley alongside a helping hand. "I eh, sorry 'bout that miss..."Jacky spoke, the woman's armour damaged and thoroughly caked in patches of dried blood though little of it was from any injuries she'd sustained...

Today had been tough on everyone.

MEDBAY 2

To say Ash was a tad anxious would be an understatement, though the red-haired woman with woman numerals carved into one cheek and sutures lining her body just sat there in a hospital bed with her arms crossed in defiance - hoodie pulled up to partially obscure the elder Beckett sister's face as she silently worried about how her little sis would be coping with all this.

It was bullshit, she just wanted to get back out there and lay waste to the mother fuckers who dared lay a hand on Heather - who she'd fought so hard to make a nice life for, though a sigh did leave the otherwise silent redhead's mouth as a few memories wafted back into her brain. They'd dealt with worse and come out the other side, they'd just have to keep on keeping on.

Her own green and gold eyes did cast a few looks to the group conversing through the doorway near her, being the way she was though all Ashley did was look on as the one arm not bound by a cast reached into her pocket to fiddle with the calming Nerimium surface of her flip lighter - the one with the horns was new to her and rather than look on with fear or worry she just regarded the demonic thing with a faint sense of curiosity as the light caught a few blonde roots that'd begun sprouting through her red pixie cut, giving the stoic woman's hair a flame-like appearance.

BAR

Leon went about salvaging what he could from the ruined shelves of alcohol, the slim Minkan's vividly blue hair was even more unkempt than usual but had more of a stressed look to it than his usual laid-back demeanour being reflected on it - his uniform was torn up and he may have been surrounded by bloodstains but the man would be damned if there was anything that could stop him from pouring out a drink, the bright green liquid flowing into one of the few un-broken glasses as Leon gave himself a silent toast and downed it in one.

The Minkan looked back down at the full bottle of plasma jet and sighed, it was going to take more than this to get himself shitfaced - due to how chaotic everything was currently he doubted anybody was going to give him shit for popping something less-than-legal into his mouth and then washing it down with another glass.

Today was going to be a long one.

Oh great, more weirdos. Haisely thought as she shot an annoyed look at the person who hadn’t been watching where she was going. The tech didn’t have the effort to deal with more people than required right now and continued on her way, laptop in hand while the other was raised in another yawn.

QUARTERS - HALLWAY

Jacky just gave the fleeing pink-haired woman a sideways glance before deciding to just shake it off and continue on her way, people were odd but she was hardly one to judge - barely having gotten a personality for herself thus far.

"You uh... you take care then..." she called out after Haisley as the strange girl strolled away, taking a second to scratch her chin and not realizing it left a dark mark on her porcelain features as the clone just moved on from the whole uneventful encounter that was over before it started.

Harmony winced as she held out the gauze for the medic she was helping. Her wing was bandaged and secured tightly to her back, the hole in her hip bleeding again as she moved about, but always within view of the children. She had failed once, and she wasn't about to again...

After the fight down in the labs, she had been found with the children and brought quickly enough to the medbay for healing. But as more and more wounded and injured came in, she had refused the painkillers (which she sorely regretted at that point) and gone to work helping. She wasn't the best, but she knew enough to not be in the way.

It was difficult for her though, another attack, another senseless pointless attack that had cost lives. It had torn families apart and brought sorrow to those that were her new family, and for once in a long time, Harmony was very angry... It was tough to control herself just then, between the pounding pain in her shoulder and hip, the pain from the combat and shifting she had done, and the headache in her head from all the emotions between failure, relief, rage, and fear...

But the work was helping. It was keeping her occupied between all the orders and every so often throwing a look over her shoulder to the children who sat huddled up in a group of chairs with a blanket around them. They had been checked over and given a clean bill of health thankfully, and given a blanket and some drinks to keep them calm.

They were screened from the worst of the injured where Harmony was currently pressing a gauze bandage into a wounded woman's leg to help staunch the bleeding. She was covered in blood up to her elbows, her hip soaked from her wound, and as she kept pressure the bandage on her shoulder began to turn crimson. But she was able-bodied and certainly willing to help as best she could just then, so she would continue to press on as best she could. She hadn't thankfully seen any of her friends or those she was close to hurt or in the rooms thankfully, but there was a whole other medbay where they could be.

But she pressed those concerns from her head just then and focused on the pained and hurt woman before her, eyes shut as she struggled to keep herself under control.

"Neera..." Adria weakly groaned, tired, laying on a bed next to Neera's with a leg still injured and in pain from being shot. She reached toward her comatose sister, but she was too far away. The butterfly sat up and tried to get off the medical bed, but as soon as she put weight on her leg she yelped "AAAAAGGGGHH!" and clutched her leg, falling down. She winced and tried to look up at Neera, holding her leg as she curled up on the floor.

Chlorate in her CIO body paced around in the medbay between Mark and Koroleva, not nearly as clanky as she was in her regular metal-footed body. She sparked and her volumetrics glitched occasionally, flickering between her own usual appearance and the CIO's true form, but luckily she was only lightly damaged. "Mother?" she would ask Koroleva every time she came over to her bed, only to be met with no response. She made sad beeps as she walked to and from across the medbay, constantly checking on both of her badly hurt parents.

Haisely pulled a small candy from herbpocket and flicked it over her shoulder, aiming to hit the person who’d bumped into her. On her way to the hanger she found herself engaged by yet another person although she knew this one.

Isabelle Pine as usual was chasing word of her husband around the ship, trying to find him and get a clear idea of what happened. Instead she found the pink haied hacker in the halls and grabbed her shoulders roughly. “Where is jack!”

Haisely in turn simply blinked and motioned for the distressed elysian to follow her. The pair made their way to the hanger and found Jack, Izzy sprinting forwards and half leaping on him. “Jack! I’m so glad you’re ok. Where are the kids?”

HANGAR 1A
Jack gave a "oof" as she latched onto him. Here came the part he had been dreading, but he wasn't about to hide it, so time to face the music. "Sera, Whisper, Haisley.....leave us.", Jack commanded as he tossed the pad back to Seraphina. After they had walked off he gave Isabelle, the tears having renewed in flow. "Adria is in the medbay with a bullet wound to the leg, Amit is with the other civilians, Neera is comatose in a bed in the medbay along side my brother......She was here when they breached the hangar. Somehow...she survived the flood of enemies...but...Adilis." His composure cracked as he said the next part as his hands grabbed handfuls of his white hair, "Izzy...I failed again...I failed to protect another of our sons....They took him.......he was r-right there, but I.....I wasn't fast enough. I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry, I let everyone down. Most of all I let Adilis down." he said quickly and stricken with tears.

Sera had lead Haisley off to the side before offering the pad to her, "I am sorry that you were suddenly, but we need your skills with handling data. We need to figure out where Rose, and this UFO we picked up landed. There have also been a few strange readings about the environment of this world as well. It may be just that we don't have a proper automated method of data sorting. Can you please see what you can do?" She asked this kindly and with a bow in greeting, before giving the teenager a warm smile.

Whisper gave a respectful nod before having moved off, and began looking for those he could assist. His combat skills were not needed with the battle over, his crimson visor concealed gaze searching for some sort of labor. There were few people around and as far as could be discerned, no manual labor needed, so he then looked at those few around for if they needed assistance. This is when he saw Heather, and with the magnification function of his HUD, saw the blood from the gash.

The tall armored figure strode over to the woman very quietly, even given that he was wearing full PA. Coming from a side angle from how she was facing, she would realize he was there after a moment. The clink of him leaning his sword against the fuselage of Sparrow as tilted his head at the wound. "You are injured, minor, but will hinder. Allow me to treat you.", Whisper's augmented voice said through the helmet's audio. Pulling his LCK, the man cut into the suit near the elbow where the plate didn't cover, before sheathing the blade and wiping some of the released sealant onto his fingers. He then reached forward, with the purpose of applying to the gash.

MEDBAY 2
Both men were working themselves to death at this rate, and needed a break. "Mark, give it a rest, go get yourself a drink. We can continue clean up later after we've both rested.", Kessler said firmly as they attempted to move a lodged support strut. They'd been at this for 6 hours, and even though they were both in top shape, the work was grating them down, and the bearded brunette man could see it in Tazar's exhausted expression. He looked like he wanted to argue, but stopped before turning his gaze down, "Fine." being all he said before leaving.

After Mark had left, Kessler turned to Neon who was clearly struggling. He'd known her long enough to see that something weighed heavy on her mind, and that she was pushing herself. He stepped over and gently placed a hand on her uninjured shoulder before helping move the debris. "I can tell something is eating you. Care to talk about it?", he asked simply as they set the scrap metal aside.

Orias only gave a thankful nod to the doctor, "That is all I can ask for." She then got up and decided to put a bit of distance between her and Oaklen, passing by the bed of Neera. She hadn't really met her yet, and in her pessimistic mind, doubted she ever would now. That is when she noticed the other of the butterfly child pair....Adria was her name she thought. The demon stepped forward and moved to help her up, sliding her head under the girl's arm to help support most of Adria's weight. "I am sorry about what has befallen your family Miss Pine, and I am confident the doctors will do everything in their power to see that your sister wakes again."

HALL
Mark Tazar was passing Jacky in the corridor, and gave her a pat on the shoulder as he did. "Trooper, go see about helping around the medbay. We're short handed and the docs need all the hands they could get. On the double.", He said only somewhat firmly, just to tired to emanate any real aura of authority.

BAR
Mark then entered the bar,.....well more like stumbled in. With a tired stride, he stepped up and took a stool. "Mind pouring me a glass?", He asked pointing to the bottle of blue plasma jet. "Shit's a mess, but I need a break, though nice to see the bartender still around for what more then a few of are going to need.", Mark added with a hoarse chuckle.

"You guys, need me. Just to look at some data... whatever." Haisely said, first she gets called urgently then shoved aside by the person who called her and shrugged off onto this other person who she'd met before. Snatching the pad she gave a bored glare at Seraphina and Jack before rolling her eyes and finding her own rubble to sit on, idly tapping away as she exaggerated her bored state with yawns. "Don't you have like, secretaries who can do this?"

Isabelle didn't say anything but simply embraced him and rubbed his back. To say she was upset would be an understatement although she knew it wasn't just Jack's fault. She knew he would have done everything he could of to try and stop them, what was it with these people and wanting to steal her kids. "You didn't let anyone down."

"No," Neon stated as she shrugged the hand off with a particularily venomous gesture. Biting her lip momentarily as she fought back the tears. Glancing down at her hurt arm made it increasingly difficult to do so, though. She had been shaken quite badly. This attack pushed her to the edge and while the enemy barely hurt her. She did so much more harm to herself. She could do nothing about the wounded and dead, but she was out of place, she barely knew any of the people here, with the first attack and now this.

Maybe egotistical, which was yet another thing she beat herself up on, but it was the first time she had hurt herself this much. "I'm just-... Scared," she croaked, finally so. "Not-... About whatever's next-... Not of the people that attacked us," feeling herself choke up, the woman swallowed thickly. "I'm scared of myself-... What if I lose control again, what if-... It's far worse."

Hangar 1A

"Hey buddy I~" Heather began speaking before the digits covered in some kind of, presumably medical, gunk were lifted to her light wound - causing the blonde to wince a little as the healing solution stung the small zipper of angry flesh but it was the kind of stinging you knew was going to help even if it sucked in the moment.

"~thanks, do you go around smearing suit gunk on every pilot you come across though? seems kinda risky if you ask me... next nep might punch that helmet into your face," she spoke with a slight smile to try and push through the slight stinging, a few mechanical whirs could be heard underneath Heather's flight suit as her left arm was offered up to this mysterious figure in black and red armour.

"Dare I ask a name, mr modulated voice?"

Medbay 2

While not finding it annoying so much as she did awkward, Ash wasn't really too keen on sticking around to watch everyone be all emotional despite her injuries - so the red and gold haired woman with roman numerals on one cheek waited until no medical staff were looking before she yanked a few leads away from her body and began to gingery walk out into the hallway, clad in that hoodie, some shorts and not much else over her toned body.

"Need help?" Ashley spoke simply, one arm bound to her chest but willing to help move the rubble regardless - though the words were short and concise for lack of her bubbly lil sis being by her side, usually Heather did all the talking...

Hall

"I~ sorry sir, I'll get onto it... my head is a little all over the place right now," Jacky offered with a weak smile after her mismatching eyes gave up on finding where the hard object the hacker had thrown had gotten off too, the blue eye briefly showing itself from behind the wall of artificially whitened hair before retreating to hide once more - so the clone began moving off to see if there was any way she could help in the medbay.

Bar

Leon turned around with a slight glassiness in his distant eyes, though it was from the volume of chemicals flowing through his veins right now that would have been enough to kill anything less than a Minkan a few times over. "If there is one thing I learnt in my time as a cook, sir? it that people always need something to put in their mouths, a ship without somebody behind the counter is a ship not destined for success," the blue haired man spoke through his self-induced haze as he reached back for a bottle of similar colours to his messy locks, though managing to hold himself rather well despite the euphoria in his system.

"For the shit you've got coming down the pipeline? just take the whole bottle - on the house," Leon spoke as the bottle was slid across to Mark, accompanied by a warm smile from his soft features - though it was a stark contrast to the bar tender's surroundings and his beat-up uniform.

A technician approached Jack, nervous about his response to the news he bore. About five minutes ago, a second transmission had come back from the patrol vessel sent to retrieve Rose from the crash site.

"Sir? Rescue 2 reports that Rose Ironhart-Pine is not at the crash site. Her car's flight data's being sent back, now. Initial report shows that she's recieving medical care from a pair of local sapients. We don't have an exact location, but we do have a rough direction. They're adjusting course to continue searching." He swallowed, opening his datapad to play back the transmission. "Good news is that we've confirmed that she's alive, or was recently."

As the pink haired girl sat in her corner grumbling softly her metallic ears picked up the conversation nearby, so they already found the crash site AND had an idea which direction this person was in or going or whatever. Well guess they didn't need her after all, she did wonder how hard a crash site would be to find anyway.

Haisely frowned up at Sera and pushed the pad back towards her, "I think you guys have this under control. I want to sleep now..." She finished, wondering if there was any good places to nap close by, going all the way back to her room would be annoying especially if they decided to drag her back for some other dumb reason later. Maybe she could blackmail the bird lady to give her a motorcycle or something.

Isabelle glared at the technician for a moment before wiping her eyes with one hand, she knew it was probably good news that they knew where people were but couldn't they see what was happening?

"I'll go talk to the pink haired tech and see if we can narrow the search window with sattelite imagery." The tech stepped back and away, to do exactly as he'd said.

"The imagery protocols we usually use for this sort of thing are behind Rose Ironhart's encryption. We have to do this manually, and we could use help."

MED BAY 1

Harmony had to take a seat to catch her breath and compose herself. They had lost someone on one of the tables she was helping with and it had hit her kinda hard. Hands caked in blood sank into the thick tangled mess that was her hair to streak the forest green with red as she tried to get her breathing under control. She felt more in the way here than anything, she had no real medical skills to aid these people. She was a researcher, of biomedical engineering and gene therapy, not a general practitioner doctor, or a surgeon, or anything of the like. The best she could do here was try to stop the bleeding and little else.

Her hands were shaking as she felt tears run down her face. It was getting harder and harder to breathe as her lungs seemed to constrict within her chest and threaten to rob her completely of air. This wasn't what she had thought her time among S6 was going to be. She thought she was going to be doing research, to have some fun, maybe find a spot of romance. Not watch as the life left the eyes of someone she barely knew as they clung to it with every pitiful ounce of strength they had.

"Dear Voxphine, why do they do this? Why do these people have to suffer?" She muttered more to herself than anyone as she stayed out of eyeshot of the children. By then her white t-shirt, torn as it was from the damage and combat, was soaked down the front in blood and she knew by the time she hit her bed tonight, she would be covered in more. She dug her fingers into the top of her hair where it started to show the white of her race's natural hair color and squeezed her eyes shut. She let herself wallow in her self-pity for a few more moments and felt her shoulders shake as she fought her eventual break down before she slapped her face hard.

The sudden pain seemed to help the girl snap out of the spiral of depression and forced her to stand and move to a table where a doctor called for help.

"What do you need me to do?" The Lorath girl asked as she quickly grabbed a few packs of gauze and tore them open.

"Same as always. Pressure on the wounds, not too much, and keep talking to them to keep them awake."

Harmony could only nod as she bit her lip and pressed down on the gaping leg wound of the poor woman on the table who cried out in pain as Harmony pressed into the gash. She gave the woman a half-hearted smile and began to talk to her.

"Hey hey hey, it's going to be ok. I know it hurts, but I'm here to help ok? Just talk to me ok? Keep focused on my voice. I'm Harmony, nice to meet you..."

Haisely looked slowly towards the man who'd spoken to her with a frown.
