Past experience has shown you to teleport something with too much mass only part of it goes. Since a teleportation module is not something you can modify in the field. It would chop the missile up. Which could make it detonate at the time of teleporting
trying to rig the war head, to blow remotely and the main engine of the torpedo to over load at the same time, and hell det-cord makes everything better so, she slapped some of that onto it too.
tell you the truth I'm thinking about editing it so she ties the det-cord into a bow. just to add a bit of humor to it.
Trim off the drive system, just keep the reactor, too much mass from the drive system. Already spoke to Wes about the mass issue on IRC a few days ago. When the warhead and drive assemblies are intact, the connected assemblies weigh somewhere in the neighborhood of two tons. Also, I'd recommend that our brave demolitions expert checks that torpedo for traps before even continuing.
Once the drive components and the actual explosive components are separated, that should trim off the weight drastically. At least I'd imagine so, since hyperfold drives are kind of hefty pieces of equipment. Though, we'd have to verify that with Wes. Though, if ICly it seems impractical, just say so Wes, because ICly I think Helen would know better than I would OOCly, in which case we could scrap that part of the plan.
It's an aether torpedo. The drive system is the power system and it's also the warhead. I strongly recommend that you use the teleportation units as intended, and do not attempt to send them anywhere without you.
At what point did the ship's rear door open and the torpedo get removed from the ship? I was waiting to ambush whoever opened the door and never got the chance. My point being last I heard the package was still on our captured ship.
It was never really said. All we new is that they were green soldiers fresh out of training, so they could have been manufactured or a mix of manufactured and regular folks who enlisted.
