prob anything from origin to a degree should be on that list. Tho a new faction that didnt take the route S6 did to the NDC and just kind of entered the setting might not be viable for that.
Like a new faction emerges and makes contact. They can buy or trade origin ships since producing their own from scratch would likely never actually be feasible for them in a short time. And they can just use what they learn from operating and maintaining origin ships to build their own.
